Leon raises his shield to deflect the goblin's attack. "Fried goblin a normal source of food from where you come from?" He asks, a bit confused at these material-plane customs still.
"Let's see if we can poke out that other eye," Marius says, thrusting his staff at the remaining goblin.
Attack with quarterstaff: 10, damage: 7 magical bludgeoning damage
OOC: The above conversation is why I create my own roll codes and save them on my character sheets ready for cutting and pasting. That way, I can customize the rolls, including telling all the damage dice to look at the attack roll for criticals. For instance, this is code I have saved for a half-orc bloodhunter I'm playing in another campaign:
Both the maul damage and the fire damage rolls look at the attack roll for a crit ("roll:-2:critical" in the fire damage roll). There's also code in there to reroll 1s and 2s and to roll an extra damage die if a crit is rolled because of racial and class traits.
OOC2: Too bad I rolled higher in my example than my actual play. Guess that one eye is a good one.
Baxthon is distracted for a moment, considering what is the most discomforting thought. Eating these mongrells, or that that other guy just said he liked the smell..
Regaining his momentum, Baxthon tries to hit the goblin with his axe for 21 dealing 4 Magical slashing damage
Vazak nudges one of the creatures with his boot. "Gross little monsters, aren't they?" He muses to no one in particular.
Vazak casts a quick glance around the area to see if the goblins had anything interesting. He then slings his greatsword over his shoulder, but doesn't remove his hand from the hilt, allowing the electric energy to continue pouring through the blade.
If necessary, Vazak perception: 19
After that he turns to the party and bellows "well, let's get a move on, shall we?
"lead on then..." Leon says with a nod. He is trying to still figure out these material-plane folk it seems. "Why cook goblins just for the smell...? It is probably one of those mysteries never to be understood.
As Leon muses aloud, Vazak swings his sword back around in front of him. "It's not about cooking them," he begins with a chuckle, as he looks upon his electrically charged blade with an expression most folk would normally reserve for a loved one.
"It's about frying them," he finishes, winks at Leon, and leads the way down the hallway, hauling the electrified sword back over his shoulder as he goes.
This room is sort of trapezoidal, with doors to the east, north, and south it also has statues kind of scattered around. Mostly statues of Rick, with inscriptions like "WOW!" and, "DAAAAMN!" (All boasts of Rick.) One of the statues depicts a woman in armor.
Vazak breathes in deeply through his nose and bellows "Ah, I love the smell of fried goblin in the morning!"
Oof, work is a killer today. I may be delayed.

It does seem to be a good one. In fact it glimmers with the fire light in the room.
Eye,Vazak,
Baxthon,
Leon,
Leg,
Marius.
Vazak is up, Baxthon on deck.
Vazak chuckles to Leon, saying "Who said anything about eating them? I just like the smell."
With that, Vazak swings his greatsword in an arc towards the remaining goblin's neck.
Attack: 9 Damage: 18

OOC: Posting ahead ...
Marius, very frustrated at his aim lately, swings his staff at the creature again.
Attack with quarterstaff: 21, damage: 5 magical bludgeoning damage
Sorry, Marius. Baxthon murdered that goblin.
Bax chops into the hip of the goblin, and chops both legs off. The body hits the ground with a wet thump

Vazac doesn't find anything special. Half eaten meal, fireplace. Broken chair. Goblin parts. Ya know, the normal stuff.
But you are now aware of the door to the north, now that your heart rate calms a bit.
And side note, goblin skin when cooked by lightning actually is quite pleasant, but still not appetizing. And that smell has filled the room.
Vazak's sense of subtlety is lacking. Hopped up on adrenaline from the fights, he goes forth and kicks the door open.
Well done. Way to take a dart to the neck. Kidding lol
Give me a perception check please
Price to pay for being a cocky goliath ;)

Vazak looks upon the statues, shrugs, and turns back to the party. "Nothing to kill in here," he pouts.
He looks to the statue of the woman. I presume the armor is part of the statue, not actual armor displayed on the statue?
Do you take a closer look?
"These statues gives me goozebumbs.. dont like this place one bit.."
Baxthon walks between the statues, and without touching them he investigates. 9
If nothing comes up, he will begin ritual casting Detect magic. Takes 10 mins, if you allow him.
