Understanding that the wolves are just protecting their pups, the party tries to give them some room as they move along the side of the road.
At first, it looks like they might make it past with no trouble. Then, as Lia walks past, she unknowingly crosses an invisible threshold that make the wolves more aggressive than they were before. They start following her, seeing her as a threat. Two of them start fanning out to sides of the party.
Annoyed that the beasts chose to confront them even though they tried to avoid them, Gark moves 40 ft straight down toward the wolf nearest Lia and throws a javelin.
(Yeah, that happens sometimes, but I have another question. How did Gark move 40 feet in a single turn? You're not a monk, nor a rogue to use dash as a Bonus Action.)
Valentia notices the incoming danger and decides it'd be best to aid herself and her team members. She casts Bless on all three of them. Then, with a similar intent as their last encounter with the kobolds, she moves in front of Lia (I6) with her shield raised to protect her unarmored party member.

Feeling the wolves had their chance, Gark turns around, runs to Lia's side. As soon as he's next to her, he lobs his spear at the nearest wolf {L7} which hits its mark, burying itself deep into its flesh (6 piercing damage).
Valentia invokes the power of Kelemvor for aid to herself and her companions. She then takes up a defensive position in front to Lia.
Then, from over her shoulder, Lia lets a bolt loose toward the wolf with Gark's javelin in its side. It seems to be kept at a straight trajectory and catches the wolf in its neck. At first it looks as if it was able to continue, but its legs ultimately give out from under it and it collapses (6 piercing damage and dead).
Wolves turn
The remaining wolves close in the party, but only one of them get close enough to bite at Valentia.
Bite Attack: 14 Damage: 5
(Whoops, didn't put the +2 modifier right)
The wolf deftly moves around her shield and sink its teeth in her leg (7 piercing damage).
Valentia, roll a {DC11} Strength save or be knocked prone.
(Edit: I rolled the 1d4 from bless way too late. If it should've changed the outcome, it won't because the results already happened, and honestly, it didn't matter.)

The impact of the wolf and its swiftness catches Valentia off-guard and she loses her balance after having her leg bitten by it. Despite the injury, she gets up from the ground and pulls her mace, which she uses to bash the wolf that had already been damaged before in the head.

(@happy: quick correction, the wolf, Gark attacked is at J7, the map system I'm using ATM isn't good for layering tokens, Gark will be moved to J6 instead)
While scrambling to her feet Valentia takes a swing at the wolf that knocked her over, cracking it across the face as she rises (3 bludgeoning damage).
Gark follows up and slashes at the same wolf accosting Valentia. The wolf had almost dodged, but had miscalculated it timing, exposing its left side, which the blade cuts deep into, nearly eviscerating it. But, all the same, the wolf succumbs to its injuries (9 slashing damage and dead).
Lia turns toward the remaining wild and lets out a volley of magical darts that batter it (9 force damage).

Undeterred from seeing its two pack mate fall, the remaining wolf focuses its ire at the one that struck it, Lia.

Lia nearly avoids the wolf biting at her but it is able catch her hand (6 piercing damage).
