Unfortunately, this time, the zombies don't seem to respond to the brain illusion, they just keep trying to push the door open, although with two of them now down, their combined strength has been reduced, and you feel lessening force upon the door. So yes, Chrys can push harder agains the door. Roll another strength check to see how much harder you can push.
(Well, why don't the rest of you back off while Chrys tries to hold the door on her own. Worst case she fails the strength check and the door opens anyhow. Best case you can all keep firing distance weapons without taking any attacks.)
"Gimmie a second to make sure it's just two left,"Chrys grunts. She uses her Divine Sense to determine how many zombies she can feel behind the slightly open door.
Then she waves the others off, trying to hold the door on her own: Strength Check: 21
(OOC I rolled with advantage due to pack tactics, I didn't realize it was supposed to be at disadvantage to start otherwise I would have just rolled normally since they would have cancelled out, my bad :P )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With super strong Chrys hopefully holding the door, Lumen backs off, loops around, and looks at the zombies inside. He remembers an insult comic bard he saw once and begins to let loose some vicious mockery.
"Hey zombie! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries."

"This halfling is no more! It has ceased to be! It's zombified and gone to seek brains! This is a late halfling! It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it yet wanders! If you hadn't risen it from the dead, it would be pushing up the daisies! It's supposed to run down the curtain and join the choir invisible! This should be an ex-halfling!"

He looks at Krackle, waggles his eyebrows, pretends to tap a fake cigar, and points at the zombie. "He may look like an idiot and moan like an idiot but don't let that fool you. He really is an idiot."

Even Chrys looks like she's beginning to suffer under the barrage of Lumen's creative insults. He can be very eloquent sometimes... and then puts it to use in the oddest of ways, such as against a literally captive audience. At least the zombies have got to be suffering much more than the team, she figures. "Well, I guess some drink from the fountain o' knowledge,"she grunts, pushing against the door, "... an' some just gargle."
(I'm just having fun with you, I live for these kind of jokes. XD )
Chrys digs in her boots and braces herself against the door, pushing with all her might. When she's fully set in her "pile of bricks" dwarven stance, and confident that she's got a handle on things, she motions for Lumen and Kess to release their grip and step away.
However, she's surprised at how much force the two creatures are exerting against her from the other side. Almost instantly, Chrys is overpowered, and she suddenly finds herself pushed onto her back feet as the zombies slam their full body weight against and force the door open even further... just wide enough so that both of them are able to squeeze through the gap before the others can reposition themselves for their "through-the-door" attacks.
Now free of their confines, they lumber towards Vesper and Krackle with outstretched arms, baring jaws and relentless determination, and for the first time, you get a full view of the disgusting, bloated, bloody undead creatures as the advance towards you with seemingly uncoordinated, mindless movement.
Chrys stumbles back, but catches her footing quickly. As the zombies charge through, she rushes up to meet them, swinging her hammer hard at the first one she can reach. "Y'all didn't deserve this,"she yells, "but I'm gonna have ta put ya outta yer misery!"
Backing up, Vesper draws forth another flash of arcane energy and sends a fire bolt right at one of the zombie's heads. The flame causes the creature's head to catch on fire, and the room is suddenly filled with the horrid stink of burning, singing hair. Still, it continues to lumber forward as it quickly shuffles forth and tries to dig its crusty fingernails into Versper's neck. Fortunately, the sorceress is too quick and she's easily able to avoid being attacked.
Attack: 8 Damage: 3
A few feet away, Lumen dishes forth with a jokingly bad, but effective string in insults, which of course, the creature cannot understand. However, the magical nature of his verbal attack does at least some psychic damage to whatever brain is driving the undead thing forth. It winces a little bit, although that might just be due to its uncoordinated, jerky movements.
A few seconds later, Chrys charges forwards and swings Due Process with devastating power. She feels cracking bone and watches blood splatter forth from the zombie. It staggers and lumbers, but remains standing, its hair still burning with horrible smelling flame.
Meanwhile, the second zombie also keeps stumbling and staggering forward in it's mindless mission, crazily driven by the smell and promise of fresh blood. With awkward movements, it almost seems to fall forward at Kess with hands grasping and teeth chattering, as it batters and bites at the elf.
Attack: 6 Damage: 4
(Krackle, we started without your initiative, but you can go ahead and take your turn now.)
As the creatures lunge out from behind the door, The small kobold would panic.. "Oh please don't eat me! I just wanted to help!" He would shout as he covers his face and tries to skitter backwards.
(OOC: I assume he was within 10ft of the zombies?) OOC:
Grovel, Cower, and BegVGtM
Once per short rest as an action, you can cower to distract foes. Until the end of your next turn, allies gain advantage on attacks against enemies within 10 ft. of you that can see you.
For as little comprehension that the two zombies possess, with their half dead, partially rotted brains, there is some strange magical activity in there, and they do seem a bit confused, or at least distracted by Krackle’s desperate groveling.
Nonetheless, he is a warm flooded creature, and the second, uninjured zombie lunges at him with dirty, jagged claws.
Attack: 5 Damage: 7
(Each if you will now have advantage on your next attack.)
(Has the strength check changed with one of the goblins falling down? Can Chrys try to push harder against the door?)

"Should we let the other two come out and get clear shots at them?" Lumen says, straining to keep the door mostly closed.
"Sure, it'll make things a lot easier." Said Vesper, still backed off and now cleaned up.
