Just barely managing to block the attack with her mace, but still seeing her life flash before her eyes, Nicola will use Guiding Bolt on the scimitar bandit.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
That bandit is blasted away from you with a large smoking hole in his torso. The remaining bandit with the red hair is going to start backing away seeing two of his friends taken down, but the blond half elf seems more enraged than ever, slashing wildly at the dwarf. The two stand toe to toe trading blows
Nicola sort of offhandedly shouts at the bandit leaving the scene of the massacre, "Don't you have a family? It didn't have to be like this! Go tell your mother you love her!"
It seems like Deblosia is holding the bandit leader in check for the moment, and Nicola is concerned about her party companions bleeding out.
She kneels by Irena's body and uses a healer's kit to staunch the blood flow and stabilize her.
No worries, it's all good. You can make an opposed strength (Athletics) check to grapple the bandit leader, or if you had another idea of how to restrain him I'd be happy to hear it.
Nicola has a vague but inescapable awareness of the sound of clattering in her ears -- the dice of fate, perhaps -- hanging over her party's heads.
Nicola hurries to kneel beside Vinras and uses the healer's kit again, placing an herbal poultice upon and staunching the wound to stabilize the halfling temporarily.
Vinras is pale and his respiration is very weak, but you manage to stop the worst of the bleeding and bolster his failing strength. He's stable for now, but it was a close thing.
The bandit leader evades your attempt to grapple, and seems to realise that he’s alone against the two of you. Throwing a handful of dirt in Delbosia’s face, he will disengage and start running. “You haven’t seen the last of me! You’ll regret this! All of you!”
I’m happy to drop out of initiative order now that all enemies have departed, unless you want to chase them. Nicola, as you go to Amshoon and Elizabeth you find they are stable but unconscious for the duration. Elizabeth is pale and weak, but not in danger at the moment. It will be a couple hours before they come round.
(Well was great party guys! We didn’t we even make to the town lol xD)
Nicola's up!

Debolsia will do all she can to get near the bandit leader to restrain him. Until she's engaged, she'll take the Dodge action.
(Sorry for my limited posting over the holidays)

The bandit leader rolled a 21 to evade the grapple.

What will Nicola be doing while Debolsia is tangling with the bandit leader?

Nicola is too busy running around healing, she barely notices the bandit leader running away. She uses the healer's kit on Amshoon to stabilize.
