2 The door bursts inward with one last echoing boom and the cultists in front of the chapel drop the log as Hordkhen strikes his flint and flames envelope the backdoor and quickly trail along the ground to the front engulfing some furniture that a kobold was just trying to scramble over, frying him to a crisp. Kobolds and cultists single file into the building before realizing there's nowhere to go but into more fire and the townsfolk are gone...

Delirious begins to walk back to the wall as far as he can before firing another arrow at anything moving through the doorway. (i.e. If something makes it past the fire or the strongest looking thing on the other side.)
Stomping back to the wall, Tar grumbles incoherently about the slow yokels, "Doubletime now...!" he reaches the wall to help assist their footing and with an Action Surge, assists another.
Potato, Place', Kod, and now Hordkhen are helping more people over the wall. Hordkhen gets 2 up to the top, and Place' starts going back and forth just to get some of the top side ones down, and ends up on top of the wall again.
Delirious fires an arrow and kills a cultist that got inside the building.
Lyria stands fast just outside the burning doorway but is wary of incoming attacks, which is good since 8 kobolds sling rocks at the doorway. Everything inside the building starts moving toward the back door until a commanding voice from the front yells out, "Hey! Get out of there you idiots! Come back out and go around! Patrol group, turn around and get to the back door, we're under attack!"
The mob is coming back around the West side, and the inside group is running back to the front exit.

"We better start humping it soon..." he reaches for another townsperson... They seem so timid, he didn't even check but imagined they were children anyway, and responded without thought; "You'll make it. Don't squint- eyes open. Be hard. Surviv-" hearing the cultists assault the door and regroup he stops mid sentence and leans a horn against the wall, trying to hear, or feel, stomping or galloping... to see how much time they might have till they round the building...
Delirious moves as close to the wall as he can, but off to the side off everyone trying to get over. (I assume I'm next to the wall by now.) Fires off another arrow at the target closest to the civilians.
Horkhen deduces by the volume, pace of footsteps, and echoes within the walls that the mob will be back to the corner of the building within a few seconds. He sees Lyria making her way that direction, and guesses they will be upon her not long after she comes into their view.
Potato and Hordken get 2 more up the wall, Kod gets 1 more down, and Place' continues moving back and forth, and gets 3 more down and ends up at the top again. Most of the cowering villagers are in the relative safety of outside the wall at this point.
Delirious misses for once.
Lyria doesn't really see a good chokepoint at the corner, even standing in the middle between the wall and the building at the thinnest point leaves 5-10' on either side of her. Once she rounds the corner, the mob barrelling toward her focuses in. There are 10 kobolds spread out between the front and back of the mob. Close to the center are 3 cultists, 2 of which are holding leashes with drakes at the end of them. They release the leashes as soon as they see Lyria and both they and the drakes dash forward but are still about 10' away from her. Five of the kobolds were close enough to move and sling rocks at Lyria, the other five had to dash. Attack: 5 Damage: 3 Attack: 5 Damage: 4 3 natural 1's? Dodging for the win! Attack: 5 Damage: 4 Attack: 10 Damage: 6 Attack: 8 Damage: 3 None of the flying rocks hit Lyria due to her vigilant stance.

I move to intercept the mob, at the most bottle necked point on the west side they are advancing from. Maintain dodge.
