Kront'al says "Excellent work my friends, I am sure it's pelt and claws would be valuable." When they get to the witch's place he will see if the is a mortar and pestal he can use. Along the way he'll search for some straw grass of some kind, the thicker the better (like 1/2 the diameter of a pencil or less). He will grind the pepper into fine powder and fill short sections of straw with the powdered pepper; each piece will be approximately 4 cm long. One end will have a small plug of cotton fiber, or other lint like stuff push up the straw 1/2 cm, the other just enough of a plug to keep the pepper from spilling out. He'll try and make a dozen or so.

snilloc suddenly stops in his tracks suddenly and asks wait a second, what are we doing exactly? like yes we are going to the tigers den to meet a witch but why exactly, what long term strategical benefit does that serve?

snilloc scoffs lightly "do you know who i am? i am one of the finest swordsmen in the navy, and my companions are just as skilled in the art of death as i am, i think an threat would have to be comically threatening to even pose any real danger to us, we are not intimidated by these vague treats, now move out of the way"

Dalfen, you feel a beast deep within your bones, and suddenly you also simultaneously feel stronger.
(You've been afflicted with weretiger lycanthropy, your strength becomes 17. Choose if you want to resist this curse, retaining your alignment, and living your life as always, becoming a weretiger under the full moon. Or embrace it, eventually learning to master your shapechanging ability, yet your allignment becomes true Nuteral.)

Kront'al will attack the nearest weretiger with "Serpent's Tongue", thrusting his Monkey Staff, two-handed, straight into the creatures face, driving it upwards, followed by 'Flurry of Blows' (using 1 ki point so as to strike twice), snapping his foot twice into the creatures neck.
(or better yet, dont start combat without me...)
