Abigail continues to swim as fast as she can toward the boat, her head bobbing under the water only to come coughing back up moments later, her body getting slammed and raked against the stones...
Even though she likes water, she does not like THIS water - this water can suck a bag of tiefling horns.

Abigail swims towards the boat. Wilson, hesitating, ducks underneath a bug that flies at him. It sticks to the mast, before bouncing off and back into the air for another pass. Lafetha and Sim both take shots but manage to miss their targets. Morgan ends off two blasts, one of them striking the bug and cracking it's exoskeleton a bit from the arcane energies, but it still sticks them and begins to fly off.

Rollo at the Helm: 26 v 25
Rollo continues to hold fast, but the river is moving too fast and too quick to brake against. The sound of the upcoming drop getting louder to those on the boat, in the water, or in the air. The water pushes Abigail along - nearly the same speed it's moving the boat - giving her a bit of a boost. (Abigail is 120 feet away from the boat). Morgan, however, is being carried off and away. The bug and Morgan zipping above Abigail. (Morgan is 120 feet away from the boat)
Abigail: You continue to get knocked around while swimming. Another DC 14 Athletics / STR check, or 5 damage.
(If attempting to swim TOWARDS Abigail / Morgan, difficult terrain so 1/2 speed to swim speed. 1/4 speed without a swim speed. Both need a Athletics/STR Check, DC 14 or take 1 damage from being slammed against rocks) (Flying - no penalties.) (Abigail can swim towards the boat at regular 1/2 speed for being in water)
Morgan: Disadvantage on rolls (except STR save to break free, DC 17) If you fall into the water, you'll be in the river near Abigail, and same swimming rules apply.
The remaining bug legs spread out to attempt to stick: 5 (Treat 1 -2 as Lafetha, 3 - 4 as Rollo)
Sim yells at Morgan as she is being lifted off the deck. ”Don’t you listen! I said stay on the damn ship. One our guys in the water is enough. Hope you can swim!”

Morgan yells at Sim, "What about this situation says to you that I'm willfully letting this happen to me? and not I don't know how to swim because it was never my intention to leave the boat!" Morgan falls in the water and tries to swim toward the boat, athletics19

Abigail uses her burst of speed to propel herself just a smidge further to the boat. Sim and Morgan yell at each other; Sim letting loose a arrow that strikes the insect before ducking out of the way of the remaining insect that misses and connects to the railing. Morgan, once hitting the water, begins to swim back towards the boat. Lafetha takes a lash at the bug, her vines raking against the creature. Wilson flies out, over Abigail, and grabs Morgan. With a few huffs of air, he lifts her out of the water and begins the return trip.

Wilson, in the air with Morgan, is 80 feet away (half speed due to carrying Morgan) from the boat. Abigail , still in the water and swimming closer and closer, is 75 feet away from the boat.

Wilson flies back to the Windhook, out of breath but not exhausted. Abigail and Sim connect, reaching out and utilizing the guide rope to pull them to the boat. Sim's cloak able to speedily get them back on the return trip. Morgan and Lafetha help pull them up on to the deck.
It's in that moment the rushing sound of the drop comes, with a faint Rollo yelling over the roar. "BRACE."
