Thistle will try to squeeze past Zashier into the pole position.

Zashier had this almost pained look on his face seeing the rest of the scorpions die. But with little more than a wordless nod, he accepted the necessity. As for Moon, tt's somewhat of a tight fit. But with Zashier obliging by staying still, she can slip past without much issue to fly ahead. Or above, if he took a moment to at least take of his helmet, troublesome though it may be.
"Eh? Whoa, whoa, whoa, mam! Easy now. Things already are a fair bit tight as it is, even on the sides. Most I could manage might be the smaller ones, no offense, as I am very likely to crush you trying. And even then, compared to the bird, I don't imagine it'd be all that easy. Though I... hmm...." Zashier looks up at where he at least felt the scorpions fall from, and after pressing forward at least another five or ten feet down the hall, holds out a hand in offering to give Thistle at least a leg up. Though by the worried expression on his face, he seemed almost reluctant to send her off into a likely very tight corridor above.

Lem, you see the holes above you continue as far as you can see down the tunnel. Once moon is out flying, and you enter her perspective, you can see the holes more clearly as she swoops through the tunnel, and around the curve…however, as she swoops around the corner, and down the stairs, your connection begins to waver a bit. You see more stairs going down and turn another corner. Those stairs open up to a room, but once she gets 100 feet away from you, you are pulled out of your trance, and Moon returns to you.
At the end of this hallway, the stairs turn right, down to a landing, then left down to a room, but you couldn’t see much beyond that.
Yes, I bet Moon could probably weasel her way into one of those holes. Lets say she does that on her return trip. Through her eyes you see a tiny tunnel - the kobolds must have been hunching and crouching to even fit here. You don’t see any more kobolds or scorpions - and from the steps and slide marks on the ground, it seems the cowards took off in a hurry after they saw Raddunth eat a scorpion. It seems likely they would have just kept dropping scorpions on you if you had just moved on down the hall/tunnel.
It's hard to say if the comment made Zashier blush or not, but he certainly got a chuckle out of the comment as he waved people on to follow him down the rest of the corridor. Albeit, AFTER being being the heads-up about the tunnels above. "Seems like the ground ain't the only things will be needing to keep an eye out for going forward, which is good, as it means these kobold guys know how to properly put forth a challenge. Somebody remind me to congratulate their leader on a job well done in a most good show of trap making."He says almost cheerily.

Lem grabs a few of the less-squished scorpion bodies with mage hand, readying to throw them at a squeamish kobold or shove them in a suspicious-looking hole. He walks along with the group, Moon on his shoulder and eyes out.
You walk along the corridor, Lem alerting you to the rest of the holes, commenting on what Moon saw, and the likelihood that more scorpions were in your future, had Raddunth's show of barbarianism not scared them off.
At the end of the hallway you follow a set of stairs down and around another corner. There dont seem to be any traps on these stairs, as you go. You feel as if you are getting more into the heart of kobold lair, where they live, and perhaps they dont have as many traps down here...as you round the final corner, you are presented with a rather grisly scene...
Map in Discord. I will assume that Lem probably sent Moon to fly around the room, so I will share the details with all of you, though Zashier is really the only one with a vantage point.
Opening up before you, Zashier you see a room of death. The crafting in this room is beyond the skill of the tunneling kobolds. Whoever owned this place before had a secret life down here. The kobolds, however, have made very good use of the space. They have taken advantage of the sacrificial alter to the NorthWest, there are stone coffins here, perhaps of the previous owners family? but they are in varying stages of decay. You see a door off to the far side, though you cant see where it leads, and another exit off to the NorthEast.
Along the walls are alcoves with finely crafted knights, in full plate from what you can tell, but you cant make out all the details.
What strikes you as odd are the cages....there are cages here, and they are not empty.
You do not see any kobolds...
What do you do? Do you make your presence known?
Just by the nature of this room, I need you to be a bit more precise with where your character is going. If You could walk me through your characters path across the room, that would be helpful.
"What?" Yokini says, mostly whispering. "I need to see this. Let me through." She puts her hands on Lem's backside and starts trying to look for a way through to the front.
"This could be ugly. It looks ugly. To the left is a bunch of coffins and alcoves. They like traps. Seem like that's where they'd put more. Let's turn to the right into the open area. Might be safer and give a chance to scope out the battlefield. Just a thought."
"If'n ya say so Lem. But let's try not to fan out too much, on the off chance the trap is for us to be separated. Maybe have your bird friend spy a better look on those cages, as they don't quite look as empty as they should, or I am my cousin No-Eyes Nathan."With that, Zashier hugs the wall to his right as he carefully made his way at least to the corner of the room for folk to begin filing out of the narrow tunnel.

Raddunth and Yokini are still on the stairs. Zashier, Thistle, and Lem have moved into the room.
As you slowly ease your way into the room, you see cages in the room, several of them stacked on top of one another. Some you can see movement inside, others you can see dead bodies and smell the stench of death and decay.
They are kind of hard to see from the map, so I have added the letter C to the cage. They are along the outer walls, between the knight statues.
The moment you step into the room, you begin to hear the cries "Hey, somebody is here", "Help us", "Please get me out of here" and so on. Those that are alive in the cages begin to call out for you, wailing. The room is suddenly filled with the noise of the imprisoned.
And as the room fills with a cacophony of sound, the door on the opposite side of you opens. 7 kobolds are on the other side of the door. Two take off across the room, but 5 of them stand their ground.
Thistle, that was a brilliant roll. And totally clutch timing...
Thistle's Eyes Only
Dang. All you see are Triggers on the ground before you. They are everywhere, scattered along under the floor tiles. The rocky floor is raised here and there, and you know that if someone steps on it, something will happen...you just arent sure what.
Only you can see them, and it would take too long to try and explain where they are to the others. I will PM you a picture of where the triggers are, but on your turn you can probably only explain where 2-3 of them are. You only have 6 seconds, and in real life you wouldnt have grid coordinates to explain.
The issue is from your vantage point, you only can really see the triggers, you cant see what happens if you step on one.
I will say that if you warn someone about a trigger in their path, they can get advantage on any sort of reaction or save. But I am open to suggestions.
Keep note, as the kobolds take off across the room, they do not seem to be setting off the triggers. You believe there would be some sort of weight limit, then, keeping them from setting off the trap. Yokini is likely the only one small enough that could step and not set off the trap.
"Nobody go north of here, the whole place is trapped wall to wall!" Thistle shouts, gesturing towards most of the room, then she charges the kobolds, saber and shield up.
Move: She will move one square north and across to J15. Bonus Action: She will engage Insightful Fighting, with an Insight roll of 26, against the kobold's Deception roll Action: She will strike at the kobold at K15. 22 to hit, for 10 damaged saber slashing damage (-1 already taken off) Extra: If Insightful Fighting was successful, she will do 5 extra sneak attack damage if she hits.

Thistle warns the others not to move North of their current position because of traps, then charges the kobolds head on. As Thistle runs, she notices the kobolds clumping together - perhaps out of fear...maybe word of Raddunth's barbarianism has spread through the lair. No matter, they are so close that as you bring your saber across the Kobold in front of you, you slice through him and into the one next to him, both of them slumping to the ground.
Yokini is blocking the stairs (10' of movement to go into her space), so Raddunth reaches the spot halfway between Lem and Thistle.
