Mindartis has enough clarity of mind that 4 on one is probably not a great idea. He moves around both the gnolls and stays away from the wall of fire and continues his attack on the hag.
There is not room to go between the northern gnoll and the wall without getting fried (ten feet danger area on that side) Mindartis can't reach the hag without taking two opportunity attacks going around the south of the guarding gnolls, either--a little too far to avoid them completely. Do you want to risk taking the hits? Or get scorched? Or other?

Roll your attack on the hag. (Oops, you did) AND a CON saving throw for Pulse Wave: Quentin can't see over or through the wall, and you get sucked up in his spell, too. (In the original initiative order, Mindartis rolled higher than Quentin, so he does definitely go first.)

There is no DEX save for the wall of fire, that is only for when it first appears: anyone who fails the con save takes the full wall damage.
One gnoll is pulled into the wall and fried: the other two and the hag take half damage and stand where they are.
