You start out at N13 on my map, so getting to V21 is not really an option with 50 feet of movement. Casting armor of agathys takes your action, so you only get your movement. Do you want to move straight East with the plan to come down behind the stirgest next round, or do you want to find a place within 10 squares you can actually reach? Round 1. Gilra ... Wildshape into a Giant Toad. Moved to end of table, since you were not in a position that was going to accomidate a large creature.
Raist ... Psychic Scream. Troll1 and troll2 are both stunned. (cannot make 27 int save...) Stirges are unaffected. Qatyra ... You send a flurry of bolts at two of the stirges, only one of the attacks lands though, and seems to barely scratch the creature. (The stirges are still beasts.)
Six Coins ... Sends two arrows at Troll1. The first bounces off of the metal-like skin without any damage being done. The second drives in causing the troll to grown in pain.
Jown Sno ... Casts bless on Sorumar, Qatyra and Amathile. Then moves towards Troll1.
Vaden ... Moves and casts Spirit Guardians at 7th-level.
S6 ... Moves towards group. Near Jown Sno. wis save vs Vaden's Spirit Guardians DC is 26: 12 Damage is 39 half on success.

Amathile looks around as the creatures emerge from the well. He looks at the bottle of wine in his hand, and then looks back up at the creatures. He sighs as everyone starts to move about. Taking a deep breath, he sets the bottle on the nearest table and begins to move. As he strode towards the two nearest creatures, he drew his blade and grabbed his shield. "Seems we have work, old friend." He then took a breath and in a flash lashed out four time with the blade.

Note: I moved the stirges to their locations. One is by Jown Sno, two by Vaden.
The three stirges that flew into the area of spirit guardians look barely phased by the attacks.
Sorumar will advance on the stirges (S19) and jab at it four times with his spear before spinning it and swinging the butt at it.
1. Attack: 34 Damage: 15 Piercing
2. Attack: 37 Damage: 20 Piercing
3. Attack: 25 Damage: 17 Piercing
4. Attack: 33 Damage: 15 Piercing

Sorumar, You have Bless and so can add 1d4 to every attack roll.

You chip away at the metal coating on stirge1, near Vaden. A little blood is showing by the time your attacks are completed.
