But, depending on how loud the trip line alarms are, should you roll the sound of the alarm against all of our passive perceptions to see whether or not we wake up? My Passive Perception is 12 if you decide to do that.))
Chikra will grab her sword and shield and stand. Roaring, she'll bang her sword and shield together, also trying to scare the bear off. (Strength-based intimidation, with advantage since others are doing the same, but feel free to take the first roll if you disagree: 5) (Lol, well, advantage didn't matter - we're apparently not a very scary bunch)

As the bear moves in to attack her allies, Chikra will strike out, flanking with Kursk for advantage on both attacks. Attack (longsword, 2-handed): 14 Damage: 5 Bonus action attack (tail blade): 16 Damage: 4.

The bear is vanquished. 200XP/5= 40XP each. You sleep uninterrupted until 8:00, gaining the benefits of a long rest. (Adjust your spells before approaching the temple.)
There are two ways up the mountain to the temple from your camp site. You can take a 3 mile winding path through the pine woods up the hillside, or you can shorten your trip to 2 miles by bypassing the stairs and going directly up the hill side. Neither look easy. The stairs are in sad shape. Some of the stones have rolled down the hill exposing washed out sections. There are many loose rocks, and area's lacking vegetation going directly up the hill.
Hallanann, looking at the two paths, says, "I think we might have a better go of it if we take the longer route. It's more time for us to be exposed to a potential threat between here and the temple, but the path looks more navigable."
"Anyone good at spotting traps?" Lia asks, eyeing the stairs. "Seems like the path would be more likely to have those, but I do agree it would be an easier path for us." She will travel towards the middle of the group, heavy crossbow summoned and in hand.
Vor nods, “Aye, either way’ll be difficult to travel inconspicuously to say nothing of safely, but I agree that the stairs be best. Crappy footing either way.”
He looks over the party, “I’ll go first, just keep me covered.”
