Gasping he quickly fumbles through his pouch, pulling a small piece of licorice root out, whispering some arcane words, as Andromeda suddenly speeds up and finds herself hacking and slashing away faster than she'd anticipated.

Sael rushes in past Andrømeda and the two zombies she just killed and attacks Z2. She doesn't kill it, but it is injured VERY badly as all attacks connected.
Specter 1 is closest to Sael and will attack her (vs AC13):

The Specter approaches Sael and reaches out its otherwordly arms and touches her. She feels the cold touch of death, itself, pricking her skin everywhere. She feels like she's dying from the inside out as she takes 15 points of necrotic damage. Sael must succeed on a DC10 CON saving throw or her HP max is reduced by the amount of damage she just took: 11. Sael successfully fights off the semi-permanent reduction in HP.
Specter 2 will also go for Sael due to proximity to her (vs AC13):
Attack: 12 Damage: 7 (necrotic)
Sael feels the same feeling of death come over her, but this time she doesn't take any damage.
Specter 3 will attack Andrømeda (vs AC14):
Attack: 7 Damage: 10 (necrotic)
Attack 2 (because of advantage): 18
The specter stretches out its ghostly arms and just like the others who have felt this, Andrømeda feels the prickles of cold, painful death itself soaking in through her skin and penetrating to her soul. She takes full damage. CON saving throw to see if she avoids the HP reduction: 20. Andrømeda does NOT save, and her max HP is now reduced by 9. ((I'll let you add in the damage on your character sheet and we'll take note that your new max HP is 46.))

Andrømeda shrugs the pain off and starts swinging. She moves 5' forward, still within melee range of S3 (so no opportunity attack), and swings at it. She hits with the first swing, but it doesn't do as much damage as she would have hoped. She swings a second time and misses. Then, on the third swing, she connects with the specter and it dissipates into the ether. Motivated by the success of her last attack, she moves another 5' forward, diagonally, triggering an opportunity attack from S3 (Attack: 21 Damage: 13 - she takes another 13 damage and then her CON save for that attack: 19 and she saves herself from decreasing her max HP again). Her attack against S2 is also successful, but less effective than she would have wanted.
Rush hits the specter with his spiritual weapon. He sees it reel in pain afterwards, but oddly, it didn't seem to be effected by toll the dead, at all.
With the Zombie so close, and her nerves worked up, Sael reaches out and delivers a Shocking Grasp.
