Once Nyx purchase the items, she gives the human woman a few "tips" on how to improve her looks, "if you want the seductive appeal that I have hun..."
Nyx also spends 10g to get winter clothing.
She purses her lips and gives you a fake smile. "Oh, thank you so much!" You don't even need an insight check to know that she wants to use a different word than "thank".
Whistler, just wandering around by yourself in Mirabar, you are able to find the potions below.
There are also a few 1st and second level scrolls that you find that some members of your party can cast that would give you some advantages in a fight.
Nyx still has some money left plus a diamond worth 300g. If its no good for spell components as you need one worth 500g for Raise Dead she in such a good mood after her purchases she's happy to sell it to get potions or scrolls.
Baeshra would encourage holding onto the diamonds for spells as he finishes his shopping and makes sure they've got plenty of rations. Other than that, he's good to go.
Nyx loves to bargain and loves scroll as well. What scrolls we got around the towns?
OCC: Percussion to haggle 10
Man, my haggling is so off today. It's the polluted Waterdeep air... it's like Beijing smog.
Ohh I see what went wrong... I rolled my percussion bard skill, not my persuasion! "Bang bang bang... give me a discount or I will continue to use the triangle"
Alright, by the time Nyx and Droop get back and everyone has finished shopping, the day is over, so another night is spent in town. Droop pays for the rooms with ball bearings until someone helps him pick out 8 gold.
The morning of the 24th of Eleint dawns cloudy and windy, but average temperature.
The party has a quick breakfast and then meets Harshnag at the agreed upon spot out of town. He nods seeing all of the cold weather gear. "Looking good everyone! Ready to start?"
Harshnag leads the group on a trail up the Mirabar River. The trail is not quite a road, but it's in pretty good shape this close to town.
What pace does everyone want to travel at? Normal? Fast? Slow?
Make 3 days worth of Perception checks for danger (straight roll if normal, disadvantage for Fast), and those who are foraging make 3 days of Survival checks. Lyngheid is creating food and water, and Droop is living high off the horse meat.
Is there anything else anyone wants to do while traveling?
She purses her lips and gives you a fake smile. "Oh, thank you so much!" You don't even need an insight check to know that she wants to use a different word than "thank".
Droop nods, and then when you look away he goes back to sniffing the hat and trying to take small bites out of it.

Baeshra would encourage holding onto the diamonds for spells as he finishes his shopping and makes sure they've got plenty of rations. Other than that, he's good to go.
Umbriel is content with his cold weather gear, our new draft horse, and his tattoo. He does have 180 gold handy if someone needs a bit extra.
Whistler looks a little deflated but decides to hold onto the diamonds for later.
