Nearing Umbriel Nyx covers her ears. As soon as the sound cracks over her, the satyr uses the distraction to attack the barbarian that miss her with her spear (the one that rolled a 1 to attack). The nimble rogue pushes the spear head down with one foot, leaping onto the shaft with the other and lunges forward with her rapier. As soon as she jabs, she pounces off with a long jump and runs back to help cover Ireniana.
OCC: Save vs Shatter if needed 18 at Advantage due to Magic Resistance.
Rapier Attack Attack: 18 Damage: 7
She then bonus action Disengages so that no AoO are provoked and uses Mirthful Leaps to leap 8 feet before moving back to back with Ireniana so she can't be flanked.

(It may not matter much, but why did the webs vanish? tidal wave was not concentration, just a quick spell, and wildshape also does not require concentration, so the webs should still have been there, to slow them down if nothing else.)
Baeshra roars as he focus his mind the web (assuming it wasn't dispelled somehow, con save: 15 saved) and takes a swipe at the barbarian behind him followed by a bite, then quickly reaches in for another bite.

Oh, I read Web wrong. I read it as "If the webs aren't anchored between two solid masses... the spell ends at the start of your next turn". I see now that it would be layered across the ground, so still there. Sorry! Let's recover! There were 4 left alive after the Tidal Wave. Strength Save: 13, 5, 11, 16. 1 makes it out, 3 are still stuck at the end of Round 2!
Round 2 End:
Whistler takes out the warrior in front of him with his first swing, the next one almost misses, but Nyx's inspiration causes him to correct the course and it lands, taking a chunk out of BS1.
Owlbear sends two quick attacks at the Barbarian warrior above him and finishes him off.
Round 3:
Droop shifts positions and sends an arrow at one of the warriors attacking Nyx: 25, it hits for 7 piercing damage. Droop follows this up with a second shot: 20, which barely manages to pierce the hide armor for 6 piercing damage and the warrior collapses to the ground.
Ireniana grows quite large and lands a blow on the barbarian in front of her, who staggers under Ireniana's second attack and then pops back up ready to fight.
Umbriel casts Shatter on the sleeping barbarian. Nyx, Ireniana and Whistler need a DC15 Con Save (with advantage due to Umbriel's warning) or take 15 damage, 7 on a success. BS1, BS2 Con Save: 21, 5, barbarian Con saves: 9, 8, Sleeping automatically fails. And the spell takes them all by surprise! The one in front of Ireniana goes down from the damage previously taken. The two by Nyx are wounded, but still in it.

Nyx: fails her save, but lands a blow, killing the warrior in front of her before doing some incredible footwork and shifting position to be near Ireniana.
Baeshra-bear's first two attacks land, killing the barbarian behind him. His Hungry Jaws redirects to BS3, and he gets a bite!
Barbarian Horde:
The two closest warriors converge on Umbriel, identifying him as the Magic caster, and a third rushes down from above. All three try to stab him: 22, 19, 21, with one spear managing to find it's target, doing 3 piercing damage.
The Three still caught in the web try to break out: Unable to parse dice roll., 9, 14, 14, and two of them make it, bursting free of the webs.
The two tribal warriors near Owlbear shift position and attack Baeshra: 20, 14, both spears stabbing into the bear and doing 16 piercing damage.
BS3 attacks Owlbear: 25, connecting for 4 slashing damage.
BS2 swings at Whistler: 23, and carves a chunk out, doing 15 slashing damage.
BS1 moves up in a flash, swings at Whistler, then at Owlbear: 25, 24, doing 4 slashing damage to Whistler and 12 slashing damage to Owlbear.
The ornate looking barbarian and her guard move ahead and she sends an arrow at Lyngheid: 12, which misses.
Summary: - Umbriel takes 9 piercing damage. - Baeshra takes 17 piercing damage - Owlbear takes 22 slashing damage. - Whistler takes 13 halved to 6 and 9 halved to 4, so 10 total slashing damage.
Lyngheid, Whistler & Owlbear are up for Round 3, everyone else for Round 4. Whistler, you recognize the deep rage in the eyes of BS1-3, and know they are attacking recklessly, giving advantage to attacks against them.
Umbriel uses his bonus action to disappear in a swirl of shadows, appearing thirty feet away, due north. He'll then spin and send two Eldritch Blasts at the barbarians flanking Lyngheid, one blast to each.
Lyngheid grinned as the barbarians crowded her, " Mother sends her love.", she whispered as a wave of radiant energy erupted from her. Then she sent another bolt towards BS1.
If BS 2 is still alive, she will invoke her fire rune to deal 8 Fire Damage. They also have to make a DC 13 Strength save. If not they take an extra 2d6 fire damage at the start of their turn.

Baeshra-bear will try to disembowel BS3 with a swipe of his claws before trying to clamp his jaws down on the little softskin. He then focuses his magic inward for a moment, restoring life and energy to himself.

Ireniana moves up to BS2 and her second blow takes him out!
Umbriel vanishes and appears again in an instant, causing great fear and anger among the barbarians before he hits two of them with well aimed blasts!
Lyngheid sends a guiding bolt at BS1: 12, which hits for 17 radiant damage and BS1 is down! She follows this up with a well chosen word. The warriors Con save: 16, 11, 15, two fail and take 3 radiant damage, which is enough to finish the right one off!

The Dwindling Barbarian Horde:
Suddenly a half dozen spectral fiends appear around the ornately dressed Barbarian to the north and start flying in a circle around her, in about a 15 foot radius. She moves down and stops so that Umbriel, Baeshra and Owlbear are caught within the fiendish circle. Those three, at the start of their turn, make a DC12 Wisdom Save or take 16 necrotic damage. Half on a success. Umbriel recognizes these apparitions as fiends and suspects that the damage they do will be necrotic. Whistler recognizes this whole routine and knows that that barbarian is protected by Spirit Guardians.
One of the barbarians runs down and tries to spear Umbriel: 23, if Umbriel doesn't use his Shield he'll take
