Fargoth Perception: 11
With one down, the wood-elf produces another arrow from his quiver, takes aim, and looses it towards the closest rat, all in one practiced, fluid motion.

Doc will move to intercept all the rats if possible, if so he will begin to strobe with light before divine radiance blasts out five feet in all directions.
"And there's something else underground here, scratching, I think. There's probably more rats." Fargoth shudders when he tries to work out exactly how many of these giant rats could be making this place their home.
Once Fargoth has downed his second rat, he breaks into a 3/4 sprint, leaping gracefully over the cavity (and Baymen), landing with perfect poise and balance on the other side, just in time to see Roland dispatch the third rodent.
Baymen raise his head, and gets ready for the march forward,
"At this point, as long as I don't see another rat, I'd die a happy man."
He mulls that over for a second, and corrects himself,
"Wouldn't be complete without finding those kids though, some consistent weather would be nice too."
Imagination begins to take hold, and his inner bard breaks out,
"Actually I want to write this down once we're victorious. Maybe they'll sing a song about it. Baymen the Breaker, I'd like to be called. "The Soother of Storms."'
He floats off into emerald dreams, of shinning armor and falling leaves. Hero of the Grove, Ender of Rains, Soother of Storms. Sir Baymen Bronel, "The Breaker."
His focus is off. He may be at the back of the group but he's looking forward both mentally and physically.
"Wait one moment..." Fargoth starts speaking at Baymen's mention of kids. "If something's scratching under there, what if it's a person? What if it's a person we're looking for?"
The elf walks up to the area where the sound was coming from, and fits an arrow to his bow. "Someone see if they can lift that up.... and Baymen, that woman was quite old, I think we're looking for adults, not kids..."
