“I agree with Shamash, here. Let’s bring Iarno along, but let’s finish off these redbrands before interrogating our new prisoner.” Big Bear sets about readying himself to continue through the manor.

Yed will humph an affirmative at Big Bear’s plan and will go towards Iarno, using his own 50 foot length of rope to tie the already restrained wizard onto his back. He hopes to do it in such a way that Iarno is in a fetal position and his face points away from Yed. So that whenever Yed is looking forward, Iarno is facing the opposite direction.
(Essentially want to have him be like a little backpack on Yed’s back, tied up with his legs tucked in so he’s as small as possible. Not sure what rolls so I’ll give several DM, lmk if you need a different roll. If it’s not even possible that’s fine as well, Yed will just normally carry him then over one shoulder).

He will then move and wait to follow the rest of the party.
Yed ties the unconscious wizard to his back. The party has several options to progress. They could go through the door Iarno was fleeing towards, or they could go through the other secret door they found, or they could explore one of the hallways branching off from the large cavern.

Surprisingly, Doc and Shamash's mediocre attempts at moving stealthily do not provoke an immediate reaction. The door opens onto a set of stairs which lead back to the main cavern. On the other side of the landing is another wooden door. Listening at the door, Doc hears a mysterious rattling sound, followed by shouts and groans and a sudden gabble of voice.
Big Bear listens at the other secret door in the storage room. He can hear faint crying coming from somewhere on the other side.

“I’ve got your back Big Bear.” Yed will have his Warhammer in hand, muscles tense and prepared to spring at any threat that might appear once his Druid friend opens the secret door with the crying behind it.
(Prepared attack if anything rushes to attack Yed or Big Bear, if crying is harmless victim then he obv won’t attack)
Big Bear opens the secret door. On the other side is a short hallway with two more doors leading from it. One of the doors is locked, although the lock doesn't seem that complicated. The crying is still distant, but seems to be coming from somewhere behind the unlocked door.

Big Bear proceeds into the next room. Three large stone sarcophagi stand within this dusty crypt, and propped up against each sarcophagus is a human skeleton clad in bits of rusty mail. False columns along the walls are carved in the image of spreading oak trees. The double doors in the southeast corner are sheathed in tarnished copper plate. The crying is coming from behind a door in the Northeast corner.
A few seconds after Big Bear opens the door, the skeletons animate, picking up rusted swords and old hunting bows. They start to march towards Big Bear.

Yed roars in anger at seeing Big Bear get barraged with attacks, slipping into a mind numbing RAGE, and bull rush towards the half-Orc. He will then take a position in front of the party, so his hulking Goliath form can serve as a better target for the skeletons than his companions. He will then recklessly deliver a powerful overhanded swing with both hands onto the skeleton who’d attacked Big Bear with a longsword.
Big Bear transforms into a wolf, his body growing fur and falling to all fours. Yed pushes his way past Big Wolf and swings his warhammer. Bones smash and go flying as the skeleton is disintegrated by the goliath's attack. Yed then rushes into the room to protect his companions.
