A stocky, red headed woman- you think... It's a dwarf, after all.- wearing scale mail and some kind of religious artifact you can't get a good look at, steps up and grunts, seeming to check the breeze, her armpits and some kind of book all at once. When did she get here? Clearly, she looks at home as part of your group and familiar with its members. However, she does look a bit confused at the moment, as if she's trying to get her bearings but her checks have done little to help her figure out whatever she's been checking.
Zeril maintains a steady circle around the group as Trixy does whatever it is she is doing. Rising and descending with the breeze, Zeril calmly watches for any prey with one arrow lightly sitting on the bowstring.

T'yeeno | Passive Perception: 15
T'yeeno waits Trixy to complete her ritual, although will continue to keep a 20 feet distance from the party. He decides not to actively search this time, allowing his instinctive nature to notice any oddities.
Once the ritual is completed, he will carefully stride back to the pit, aiming to be hidden from these "reptilian" humanoids.
Draconic is what they speak, or at least to your knowledge.
once back within the bushes, those that snuck up hear the larger one asking "... When we get paid, I dont know what i am going to do with my share.." and the little one responds "the human is sick, if he dies, i do not think we will get paid." the large one grunts loudly, and hits his chest with his fist "i told you not to poison him!"
they both look at each other, and the quad reptile, sniffs the air for a second. luckily your party is downwind of them, and currently in the shadows of the bushes. you do not see any human.
Trixy relay's the information to Melady and T'yeeno. Using cantrip Message she points her finger to Hatch and says ,"They do speak draconic. They have a human for a bounty that they poisoned on accident. They seem a bit jumpy and paranoid; mentioned that if he dies they might not get paid."
The kenku quietly shifts in place as he reaches for a crude, yet efficiently made knapsack, searching for an item, before his hands meet a note. He takes the note out, revealing that he had written the list of jobs they knew of. He scans the paper, eventually to stumble upon the job they had decided to take on. After he stows the note back, wavering his black eyes and attention to Trixy and Melady, "I—think the person these reptilians talk about is this Gordi person we are looking for," he tightens the grip on the dragon-toothed spear before continuing, "Should we get information from them? Violence or not is fine by me—probably." his tone is still of the elf's, yet quieter, almost a voice that conveys a bit of cold attitude.
Obelysk begins to get anxious after Trixy sneaks off toward the camp. He looks up to Zeril and asks "Can you see them? What is happening? Do we fight now?"
Obelysk knows he is not very stealthy, but will venture toward the smaller scouting group if he does not hear back in a while.
"If they're doing this for money, we might be able to try negotiating for the return of Gordi, especially if they're afraid he'll die before they can get paid. We offer them a smaller sum but with the certainty that they'll at least get paid, and we heal him and return him back to safety. Maybe we can even discover who hired the lizardfolk to capture him in the first place. We might have to lose some coin, but we'll make it up with the reward, no one has to risk life and limb, and most importantly we can rescue Gordi and his company," Hatch said, explaining his opinion out loud to anyone close enough to listen.
He then added, "And if that doesn't work, then we fight."
Zeril lands to listen to the group discuss. "Trying to talk to them is fine, as long as we are prepared for any reaction. I will be in the sky **Chirp**" And with that declaration Zeril shot back into the sky, bow and arrow in hand as he watched for any surprises.

Trixy sends Message Obelysk to meet up with her to the west of the pit and starts heading that way.
Gives [Tooltip Not Found] to T'yeeno by singing, "You got a friend in me," only audible to him. (Add a 1D6 to a roll-one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw)
"I am going to go to the West with Obelysk to flank them if we need to fight. Hatch speaks the same language if we can get him to talk calmly. I don't have anything for poisoning, just healing."
**Ooc, Earth Genasi have a racial trait called merge with stone that allows you to cast Pass without a trace. Adds 10 to your stealth check and anyone you choose up to 30 ft from you.**
Trixy starts to stealth to the west side of the pit to flank and attempt to help surround the lizard people.
