This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Naroth will move 10' to get into the clearing (K33) and off these stupid uneven rocks and then will also move his Echo north (L25) as well to distract the Culltists and using his "Unleash Incarnation" ability have it attack the Vet if Naroth misses or does not kill him, otherwise it will attack Cultisit 2. Naroth will attack the Vet with his greatsword.
Toc practically glides across the ground (To L29), and lashes out with both of his blades, the first one sheathed in green-flame as he tries to strike the leader (Veteran), his multiple images leaping and weaving around him.
Attack: 9 Damage: 5. If it hits, Cultist2 takes 4 flame damage.
With his bonus action, he swings with his offhand. Attack: 25 Damage: 4

Taviel did not experiment - what worked once should work again, besides, it was fun! Scorching Ray on 3 remaining enemies:
Ray1: Attack: 18 Damage: 7 (in case of Advantage - second attack roll 8)
Ray2: Attack: 19 Damage: 2 (in case of Advantage - second attack roll 10)
Ray3: Attack: 20 Damage: 9 (in case of Advantage - second attack roll 16)
