The lizardfolk Toc has been messaging with frowns as it becomes clear you are not planning on tieing up them. "Tie up..." He mutters in common, glancing towards his fellow lizardfolk.
While all the talking has been going on Naroth has been going about and gathering the dead lizardfolks and laying them down respectively a little ways away. Then asking in common or someone who speaks draconic, "How do you treat your dead? One of our kind typically dig a hole and bury our dead in reverence, do you do the same?" Then he will help any lizardfolk deal with their dead.
To his companions, "I am not comfortable leaving them untied. As some of said, we have just killed several of them and the others might not have the same mind set as the one we are dealing with, yet."
"As far as I know, they eat their dead. Doing otherwise counts as wasteful. But I am no specialist." The request, though, surprised Taviel. "You know, now I am not that sure we need their help. If they do not trust each other how could they trust us and who will betray who?" She did not try to tie anyone up, but would not object to someone's doing so.
The rest of the night passes uneventfully. The three lizardfolk appear to be in somewhat better spirits as you return to where you tied them up.
The one who did all of the talking with Toc speaks out plainly in Dracconic...
"My friends here have agreed that you are our best chance to be rid of the yoke of the dragon kneelers." He says boldly, nodding to the other two lizardfolk. His eyes move to Naroth. "They were made less angry with your concern for our dead." He looks around at the group in general. "The fact you easily took out 6 of our fellows, and were not so soft-hearted as to not tie us up, helped as well."
Toc glances about, "Let us at least scout out this castle, find where it is, and then decide if we feel it's something we can consider ourselves, or if we need Harper support? I suggest we take the canoes, with our lizard folk guides to near the castle. My raven can keep an eye out while we go. Then, as quiet as we can, we get a sense of the location and how the various frog folk, lizards, and cultists are set up, and make a decision from there."

"Agreed," nodded Taviel. "Surely there is a place somewhere close enough, from which we can observe the castle first. Unless our new friends know the secret way in and can bring us straight into the castle. In this case, no need to wait, we just go in."
Ulric nods in agreement. "It seems if nothing else they are more prone to help us and clearly their fellows would be willing to rid themselves of the cult. Lets make our way and scout out the challenge ahead."
When you are still a distance from where the castle is reported to be, Snapjaws indicates that you need to slow down, as he scans the scratches on the trees lining the watery path. Eventually he nods and gestures for you to wait.
"There is a picket ahead, where my kin keep watch for anyone approaching the castle." He informs Toc, who he is riding with. "I will need to warn them of our approach, and let them know you have come to aid us against the dragon kneelers."
Toc nods to the lizard man, "We will be watching and listening. If you need us to advance quickly, raise your hand in a fist above your head."
Toc tells everyone else what is happening. His crow follows above in the branches and gets close enough to watch. Toc attempts to listen through the crows senses.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(As Toc is in the same boat as Snapjaws, you are sitting with him as he approaches the picket he mentioned would be ahead.)
It is only a bit further when you come to an area where two trees grow close together,a nd a platform is set up between the trees, off to one side of the path the canoes have been taking. On the platform six lizardfolk stand guard.
"We come in peace." Snapjaws calls out in dracconic. The lizardfolk on the platform look alert, and have weapons near at hand, but seem to relax a bit at Snapjaws words. They do still look at Toc with wary looks though. "These who travel with us are powerful warriors, who will aid in throwing off the yoke of the dragon kneelers." Snapjaws says boldly.
"You leave with 9 and return with just three." One of the lizardfolk calls out. "Why should we think you are not simply too-scared of these drylanders and say only what they wish you to say, in order to save your own neck?" (Anyone wish to do or add anything here?)

Are we all there? Or did they go ahead to warn the others?

Toc nods and breaks out some rope, and goes about tying the lizardfolk up. The alarm spell surrounding them is a good addition as well.
Then he'll head back, cast his tiny hut, and resume / restart his meditation.

Germain looks to the others, "Does anyone have a good way to get in contact with our respective organizations?"
"Did you mean Harpers, that we all belong too, or is there something we should know about you?"
