Toc speaks up, though his voice is calm, as he speaks Draconic, "We slew the other six outright and these three surrendered. However, when the situation became clear, we realized that our goals are not at odds and so spared them. The other six were left to be reclaimed by the swamp. We indeed will assist you against the dragon kneelers. What do you require as proof? Shall we fight?" He speaks matter of factly, leaving it up to the lizardfolk.

(Only Toc is close by, but the others would be able to hear the words, as the distance is not all that great.)
"It may be as you say drylander." The speaker says, glancing to Toc, then back to Snapjaws. "We will not hinder your arrival at the castle, but neither will we join you, until you show yourself able to do what is said of you. If you do that, then I will bring the clan to your side."
Moving onward, you soon come into sight of the castle...
Castle Naerytar was built on dry land, then a deep, dry moat was dug around it. When the mere expanded and surrounded the castle site, the moat flooded and overflowed. Now the whole site is swampy, and large pools of standing water dot the clearing. The castle was built on exposed bedrock, so its foundation is sound and mostly dry even a century after the flooding. Tangled brush and trees grow to within twenty feet of the walls on three sides of the castle. Only the front (southern) face is clear.
Bullywugs live in crowded, hastily made reed huts. The lizardfolk have sturdier, roomier reed longhouses.
As you come into sight you would notice a landing for canoes, a stockade for livestock, the huts of the bullywigs, and the longhouses of the lizardfolk. All of these lay outside the moat of the castle.
"By presenting them the dead bodies of the leader?" suggested Taviel. "Not sure, though, why would we need their help after that. By the way, is it my wishful thinking or did they said something about the backdoor into the castle?"
Toc, "We've arrived at the cultists castle. As in the past, our attempts at subterfuge have been met with some success. We could disguise ourselves as cultists, using the uniforms we'd previously stolen, and with a touch of magic, and attempt to gain entry that way. We know that Rezmir the half-dragon is not here. One of us could use magic to look like him to help ease our entry. Otherwise, we could attempt to reach the Lizardfolk leader, Pharblex, who is likely within the castle barracks and convince him to help us. I am not that....persuasive, but perhaps one of you may be better. Or we could send an invisible scout or two. I can make one other invisible and we could scout alone. Do any of you have any preferences?"

Germain nods, "I can try and slip in, disguised of course. How many of us can disguise themselves and how many invisible? I think we'd be better to get all of us inside."
Toc mutters, "I think last time, between magical and make shift disguises, we were all able to be disguised, and we've only grabbed more of the dragon kneelers robes since then. I'd expect all of us can be disguised."

"The robes, right. Or we can play the old trick with "prisoners"? Because short of that, I'm afraid I would not be able to turn myself into a lizardman, or invisible"
"Do you have enough experience with this cult and how they communicate and interact to get inside? There could be a pass phrase before entering. I agree infiltration in disguise is our current best option, but we must be prepared. Robes alone may not be enough." Ulric looks over his companions with clear resolve.
Toc nods, thoughtfully, "Yes. These are risks for certain. I can always try to make a few suggestions to let us through without such things, if we get in a tight spot. I think if one of us changes themselves to look like Rezmir, we may have more authority and less trouble. He's less likely to be questioned. Someone may know him and ask him something specific, but we can use generalities in response or put off their questions if we're highly ranking. I'll become Rezmir, the rest of you, general cultists. You're from elsewhere and haven't been here before. We're here checking on rumors of the shipments of treasure having been skimmed off the top. But we won't provide that unless pushed into it. That'll put anyone on the defensive. Sound ok?"

Toc, as you are one of the few who actually saw Rezmir, are you going to use that as your basis for an illusion of her? If so, you saw her only with the black dragon mask on. Will you make your illusion with that in place? Naroth was a bit distracted during that fight, so wouldn't have seen enough of her, while Ulric was later on to get to the scene. I do not believe anyone else saw the half-dragon. Toc can give me a perception check to see how well he recalls her appearance in the battle outside of Taviel's family manner. Make it an Int-based perception check, so use your profficiency mod, plus your int mod, pluss 1d20.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Toc tries to replicate her using Disguise Self, including the black mask, beneath the mask the illusion will be of a standard looking face, since he doesn't know what she looks like: 21

"You might ask our new friends first if the visitors from other places are something common around here. Though, with Rezmir among us, it should be fine. Excuse me, I'll get my robe."

(Don't believe anyone has mentioned any back doors into the castle...)
