Releasing Alhorn shortly after grabbing him, Naroth is surprised creatures of that size and demeanor were able to surprise him, and blames the newcomers for his lack of perception. As he is about to control his Echo to attack, one of the drakes swings at it and his Echo vanishes.
He takes a moment to see where best his skills will be put to use.
[OOC: Thank you for rolling initiative and I assume Naroth is unable to attack this round due to being surprised, if I am understanding it correctly. If he is able to attack let's go with the following....Naroth would move to N10 and take two sweeping swings at AM2 hoping to lop its head off.

Shei is still turning to the sound of growling and scrabbling claws when the drakes attack. Reacting a bit slower than their companions, Shei only now is realizing danger is afoot.
Naroth
Too occupied with these newcomers, Naroth holds Alhorn up in his hand as he only now becomes aware of the rushing drakes coming at them. Reflexively Naroth releases his grip on Alhorn, but can only stare as his echo is destroyed and ceases to be.
Germain
Germain lifts a hand, the gauntlet he is wearing starting to spark and glow, then a blast of lightning forks out from it, striking one of the drakes full in the chest. The drake is sent into jerking, growling, fits, as the electricity flows through it. It remains on its feet, panting slightly as it tries to regain control of its limbs. Germain then moves South, heading to the woods there. You are in the center of a large clearing around the hunting lodge, so it is 30 feet south to the nearest woods there. The woods to the East are maybe a bit closer, but that is where the enemy is coming from. Do you still want to move 30 feet away from the battle?
Ulric
Ulric grips his mace as he sees the onrushing drakes. As they slash and strike at those nearby, Ulric strides forward and slams his mace down at the drake that is just now recovering from Germain's lightning strike. The beast almost manages to dodge Ulric's blow, but one of its legs gives out and Ulric is able to land his blow directly on the thing's skull. The drake crumples to the ground, its head malformed from Ulric's strike. it does not rise again.
Trolls
The two lumbering trolls come out of the forest to the East and move towards the battle. one growls as it sees the dead drake near Ulric and moves towards the cleric, its claws ready to tear and rip. The other troll moves around the north end of the battle and comes up to threaten Shei, slobber running down its cheek as it moves in to melee range. Neither can attack as they took the dash action to get into place.
Fletch and Alhorn
Alhorn has been released by the brute goliath, and has fallen the few inches to the ground, landing easily on his feet. meanwhile the cleric of these strangers, has stepped in and struck down the drake neareast Alhorn, after another of the strangers damaged that same drake with a blast of lightning. Fletch is still invisible, one drake almost blundered into him, then tried to bite him, but was not able to find Flesh through the illusion. Two lumbering trolls have come to join the fight now though, one directly north of both Fletch and Alhorn, though it seems more interested in the cleric that slew the drake than them at this point. The drake that tried to bite Fletch though is right next to him, still looking around in confusion, able to smell Fletch, but unable to see him. Fletch and Alhron, it is your turn to act...
(OOC: I have not moved Germain yet, as I need to know if they wish to move as requested or not. There is no where to hide in the clearing itself.)

The invisible shape of fletch ducks away from the too-close enemies, then moves to a bit safer distance. Pulling components out, he begins to cast a spell, becoming visible as he does so. As his spell ends, webs cover the ground under both of the drakes, plus both of the trolls. (Using Alhorn's notes on the square that would actually get all four of them, hope that was ok.) Both drakes and one of the trolls squirm in the webs, but are caught fast, like bugs ready for a very very big spider. The second troll, more on the edge of the webs, is able to pull back in time not to get caught. (Troll1 saved)
Alhorn
Seeing the enemy struggling in the webs, Alhorn decides to take advantage of their lessened agility, and calls up dancing flames to cover all of them. All four of the enemy are coated with dancing fire, the trolls frantically trying to put out what they see as fire for a moment, prior to realizing it does no harm to them. Alhorn bolsters Naroth a bit, giving him some inspiring words. (Bardic inspiration to use for Naroth.)

The battlefield has changed markedly. Shei now has a very angry, but glowing, troll directly tho their north. Both of the drakes are caught in webs, and glowing as well. The other troll is also caught in webs, and glowing. It is your four's turn to act. You have advantage for any attack rolls you make.
Cursing in Undercommon, Shei conjures a spiritual weapon in her hand in the form of a shortsword with a long blue scarf wrapped around the handle, before lashing out at the same troll that Naroth attacked. After that, she lets go of the shortsword, leaving it to float in the air and then disengages while it’s distracted by Naroth’a echo.

Ulric looks fine from a position stand point. His passive perception is high enough he wouldn't be surprised.

Alhorn is taken aback at how much this situation has changed.
“Look buddy, this is… this is fine. We’re fine, you’re fine.” And he rubs Naroth’s back to inspire him (a d8)
Then he pulls out his flute and begins a slow, jazzy tune as he casts faerie fire across the enemy.

Shaking his head and ridding it of the shock of the situation Naroth directs his Echo to attack TR1.

The using his Action Surge he will have his Echo attack the same Troll again.
