As you only make death saves on your turn, you are now 2 turns ahead on that. We still have to finish round one, and we are waiting on Ulric to post his action. For round 2 your first death save would apply, and this newest one won't apply until round 3.
No worries, I just assumed that since you make 1 death save a round, enough time had passed. Also, don't you make a death save on the same turn you go down on?
I have never understood why people do them on the round they go down, here is the rules on it...
Whenever you start your turn with 0 hit points, you must make a special saving throw, called a death saving throw, to determine whether you creep closer to death or hang onto life. Unlike other saving throws, this one isn't tied to any ability score. You are in the hands of fate now, aided only by spells and features that improve your chances of succeeding on a saving throw.
So it is only at the start of a turn where you have 0 HP. Thus, if you go after someone then yes I expect you would do it on the first round, if your initiative was lower than theirs. If your initiative is higher though, it won't happen until the next round. so I guess it depends on initiative. As we are not using initiative for this encounter though, you won't make your first check until round 2.
Given the previous attack on Ulric, as well as the proximity to the cultists Ulric knows to be around the wagon, Ulric stays highly alert for noise.
At the sound of a commotion Ulric is up and moving to the noise. I believe he would make it to J9 looking for anything out of the ordinary. Should he spot the assassin he would raise the alarm at once of an intruder.
OOC: Sorry, was out of town this weekend. Hopefully I didn't just run into a sleep spell.
Ulric, you don't see the assassin. The assassin took a bonus action to hide, Stealth roll was 16 and your passive perception is only 12. You would definitely spot Naroth laying there, clearly bleeding out and unconscious. You are at full HP, so no worries about the sleep spell that rolls over you, making you blink your eyes sleepily, but not putting you under.
Taviel added to Ulric's loud call a bit of fireworks to indicate the wagon under attack. She could not help dying man but could make enough noise and lights to wake up everyone around.
Toc sighed and opened his eyes again. What was that racket? He unfolded his crossed legs from the bed and placed them on the floor, walking over to the window. He pulled aside the curtain of the tiny portal and looked out to see some bright flashes near the area of the wagons. Cursing he summoned his hawk outside the window and sent it flapping up into the air to get a birds eye view of the wagons. While the bird was getting in position, he grabbed his backpack and glanced through the window, appearing abruptly on the other side, in the night air, and hastily began running that direction.

What's the difference between a Wizard and a Sorcerer? Class.
Germain would rise quickly and move to the window and look outside.
Perception: 12 (I assume there is a window, if either there is not, or it doesn't look over the area with the wagons, he'd tell his employer to stay put and head out to investigate.)
Round 1... Assassin stabs Naroth. Naroth makes noise. Assassin stabs him a second time. Assassin hides. Ulric and Taviel respond... Taviel casts sleep over the area. Ulric sees Naroth and calls for help.
Second round... Toc and Germain hear the noise and move to look out their windows.
... The assassin, hearing the noise, and content that his job is done, attempts to move stealthily away.
Stealth: 23
Naroth makes his first death save at this point.
Everyone can post next action. Toc and Germain are still in the hostil - though are looking out through windows, while Ulric and Taviel are on the scene. Anyone can make a perception check, the DC to spot the assassin is the stealth check above.
[OOC: lol, you said anyone can make a perception check. :) ]
[OOC: Did not see the healing above, whoops.}
Naroth gasps for breath as he feels the healing warmth flow though his body once more. "Thank you Ulric." Then he will frantically look about his person for Thezzela and the token he found the other day. "I swear that all cultists that I encounter will die by my hand, slowly." He then grabs his things and hops out of the wagon and starts to search for a possible trail of where the assassins went."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Germain lays his gauntleted hand upon his chest, infusing himself with guiding energy as he peers into the night, trying to at least determine what exactly has happened beyond a little yelling.
I assume another death save.

OOC: Wasn't sure I was in range or had the available action to heal him on this turn. I was going to move and heal next turn.

Ulric is ten feet from Naroth, nothing between them. Taviel is still on the opposite side of the wagon from Naroth.

The sorceress is just standing over the body keeping an eye out for an open danger and continuing with waking up the caravan.
