A flurry of attacks come at once from the forest: Daemyar lets fly another arrow at jerkwad chanter and scores another hit, damaging him heavily. He is still alive but barely.
From Krom's hands flies a blinding light that arcs towards M2, crashing into him and limning him with a faint glow, the residual effect of the attack (next attack on M2 is with advantage!) A smile spreads across the dwarf's face - his beesechment of Moradin has been answered!
Lorell moves a bit closer to the front of the trees to get a line of sight on M2. He makes a few passes with his hands as he whispers some words that remind you all of the chittering of squirrels - Con save M2 - 8 - and M2's body turns ice-white for a moment. He takes the damage. He is quite badly injured and is panting heavily. ((M2 also suffers disadvantage on next weapon attack!))
Giant Lizard: The lizard hisses and spits, it's foul breath spewing out in a cloud. It will attempt to bite the wolf again. Attack 14 doing 4 points of piercing damage.
Mongrelman Chanter: the chanter rises and staggers 20 feet before jumping 20 feet towards Daemyar, who is currently about 10 feet behind Garnet, who has moved to the rock. He'll attack the hobgoblin twice, once with his bone dagger and then with his bite. Attack 1 (dagger) - 14 for 3 if it hits. After swiping at Daemyar, he lunges forward and tries to find purchase for his foul, rotting, black and green broken teeth: Attack 2 (bite) - 5 for 5 points of damage. Daemyar, roll a constitution save please (DC10). On a fail, you take 2 points of poison damage and are poisoned ((you can roll again on your turn to see if you can shake the poison off. If unsuccessful, your rolls are at disadvantage)).
Start of Round 2 - Ithelion/Elosa, you're up! Garnet is on deck.
Initiative
Ithelion/Elosa - 21
Garnet - 20
Mongrelfolk 2 - 18 (has disadvantage on next attack; next attack against has advantage)
(( Assuming I am correct in my interpretation that Elosa did nothing last round, then this round she will help Daemyar -- if she did Help last time, she instructs he to stay hidden; also assuming my reading of the map is correct, and the Chanty Fellow is next to her, she will instead fire and arrow at M2 -- if Chanty's not next to her, she would fire at them instead ))
Ithelion instructs Elosa to Help Daemyar ((see above)), then hide behind the trees ((cover)). As she does so, she takes a deep breath, as much to calm her trembling hands as to properly focus on her shot. She holds it briefly, and releases her arrow at the grotesque creature, breathing out as it flies.
(( using advantage, take first roll if not appropriate ))
@daemyar - As the mongrelman bites your outstretched arm, you flex a little in surprise and you feel the strange sensation of teeth giving way against your hardened skin. Likewise, the poisonous drool that pools in the temporary indentations caused by the teeth does not find any entry into your body.
@ithelion - (noted for elosa. She didn’t do anything as she’d be out in the open). You pull back your bowstring, despite not being overly reliant on it most of the time, it is like an old friend in your hands. Memories of youth come back to you even as you release. M2 staggers and splits blood. He is barely standing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((garnet - your longsword damage is 1d8+2, not 1d4+2. if you want to re-roll, go for it. for now i will just double what you rolled and use that. so, 6 points of damage))
You slash the lizard and it grunts and hisses under the force of your swing. It is looking heavily injured now, even swaying a bit on its feet.
M2- the mongrelman shakes the lizard awake and turns and throws its dagger at Krom: Attack: 18Damage: 3M2's dagger is batted easily out of the air by Krom, with a flick of his wrist. ((rolled a crit but canceled by disadvantage!))
M2 will then turn jump into the mist in the top left corner of the map, and continue to run for another 20 feet. The lizard follows suit. You lose sight of both M2 and the lizard.
Wolf, seeing the lizard turn to face Garnet, will move behind the distracted lizard to create a flanking situation with the giant lizard and Garnet. It will lunge and bite the lizard: Attack: 14Damage:9 The giant lizard is able to weather the attack, the wolf's teeth unable to find a grip on the lizard's hide.
M3, noticing the wolf standing on the symbol, is blinded by rage. He pokes his head around the tree and lines the wolf up before loosing the string: Attack: 10Damage: 5 At the last instant the wolf ducks low, the arrow ploughing a furrow along it's neck - a miss!
@ithelion - after your shot, you begin to move towards cover. However, this provokes an attack of opportunity from the chanter and he will slash at you with his disgusting hands: Attack: 22Damage: 5 As you move to the trees, you feel a burning sensation on your back as the chanter's claws break your skin. Roll a constitution save please, DC10. If fail take 3 poison damage.
@daemyar - you run to the north to find solace in the trees and try to hide.
(((note - I am going to disregard the attack of opportunity as I had made a mistake previously. And Daemyar's action was potentially influenced by what I wrote. So no AoO this time (lucky ;) normally, if you move out of melee, the creature gets an attack of opportunity as a reaction. it can only use it once per round.)))
Unfortunately, M3 sees you do so as well so you do not enjoy advantage on this shot. However, Elosa swoops in and begins flying around M3's face, which DOES grant you advantage. Regardless, your training with the bow pays off and your arrow thuds into M3's shoulder. It knocks him back a step. He reaches up and snaps off the arrow, grinning and giggling all the while.

Seeing that an enemy has jumped over their group and landed behind them, Krom will move up into Melee range of the Mongrelman Chanter. Moving so that he has the Chanter between himself and Daemyar; then takes a swing at the Chanter with his warhammer using both hands.
Movement: Moves to flank the Chanter with Daemyar. Action: Attacks with his Warhammer using two hands Attack: 17Damage: 2 Bludgeoning

@krom - daemyar has moved into the wooded area north a ways. If you want to maneuver to get flanking with Ithelion, that’s fine. You do get advantage though so if you want to roll one more attack, go for it.

As Krom swings his warhammer into the unaware chanter, the sound of breaking bones reverberates in the clearing. The mongrelman is just able to bring his forearm up, which seems to have made a difference. Chanter is still clinging to life. He would be surprised at that, if normal emotions still inhabited his body....
Lorell raises his crossbow at Chanterand lets the bolt fly. But his aim is rushed and it flies just wide.
The giant lizard hisses at both Garnet and the Wolf and lunges at the wolf. Attack: 5Damage: 6
Chanter, his breathing coming in ragged gasps, turns to face Krom. His eyes gleaming with fervor, he will take a swipe at Krom: Attack: 15Damage: 2 . The momentum swings him around and he is now facing Ithelion, whom he will lunge (looks more like a stumble) at and take a bite: Attack: 10Damage: 5 Ithelion, make a constitution saving throw (DC10). On a fail, take 2 poison damage.
Start of Next Round! Ithelion and Elosa are up! Garnet is on deck.
Initiative:
Ithelion/Elosa - 21
Garnet - 20
Mongrelfolk 2-18 (has disappeared into the mist in top left corner)
Lizard 2 - goes with M2 - (has disappeared into the mist in top left corner)

(( Quick question: from where she is standing, could Ithelion target the area to which the others fled -- say half a square to the left of the hut, and two 'up' from it? ))
Yes. The Chanter's mouth is foul so you can still incur poison damage. This is not a lingering poison effect, it's just really disgusting. The bite itself does not break your skin. I would say if it had been a 1 he would have bit empty air. An attack might still "hit" but you might not sustain any damage, similar to Daemyar's called shot above.
Yes, you could target that area - are you shooting or casting a spell? ((Don't really deal in 'half-squares' though ;) ))
@Ithelion - you manage to fend off the Chanter from ripping your forearm to shreds but the closeness and the bloody, foul smell and spittle that emit from his mouth is enough to set you retching for a moment. You think you saw a couple maggots get coughed up. You take 2 poison damage and are a bit shaken by what you just saw.
The giant lizard's maw snaps at the wolf but it only manages to bite off a bit of fur. A miss!
Krom is able to raise his warhammer in front of the Chanter's claw attack, and the sharpened, dirty nails scratch against the head, scratching it good and further cracking his nails. A miss!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gagging from the stench, Ithelion collects her thoughts, and the years spent training to defend Elven lands comes to the fore. Despite the immediate personal risk, she settles on what she believes the best use of her skills, hoping fervently that one of her companions will deal with the chanter soon(!).
(( The half square is a reference to the grid being diagonal at the moment; targeting a place to the NW or NNW of the hut so as to maximize the chance of affecting those who are fleeing (20' radius), and minimize the chance of hitting Daemyar ))
