(OOC - damn that’s some good shooting & even better damage!)
OOC: It's the Fighter class - that is their one and only "thing" they have going, consistent single-target damage and good spike/nova damage for one round with Action Surge. Not much in the way of skills or utility, no crowd control or crowd clearing, just the ability to make a lot of attacks with weapons. But that's helpful sometimes! :)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ander will use his bonus action to use Healing Light to heal 8.
He will then shoot 2 Eldritch Blast at the guards. Depending on how injured they look, if one looks like it's almost down, Ander will shoot one blast at each, otherwise he'll focus his blasts on one guard.
Blast #1: Attack: 18 Damage: 10
Blast #2: Attack: 11 Damage: 12
(Edit - attack 2 didn't have the +6 to hit added, I must have missed it in the dice roller, sorry. So Attack 2 = 13 to hit.)
(I thought the two of us who were invisible had a surprise round, so shouldn't we have gotten another round before either the guards or the leader got to act?)
Rubin attacks the leader again...
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
Attack: 21 Damage: 8
Bonus Attack: 11 Damage: 8
Pretty sure those all miss, as a 22 missed last round.

If there is currently a remaining guard as well as the boss, Drago, Mardon first prioritizes shots on the remaining guard to finish it off. If it is only Drago, he has one target and fires solely on “the boss.” He will again use the sharpshooter -5 to hit +10 to damage feature and will supplement low attack rolls with Precision with his remaining 3 Superiority Dice.
Attack action:
1st attack attack roll:
21
2nd attack attack roll:
12
Bonus action attack roll:
20

Note, if Ander or Rubin killed one or more guards, remove them from the "priority listing" for Mardon's shots, he is firing on live threats, only.

You bolts rip through the burning Armour of F1.
F2 is pretty hurt.
Wait, he's actually dead.
The other 2 guards throw their spears at ander.
14, damage 7
12, damage 9
The first spear hits and Ander takes 7 damage. He lets out a groan as he takes the damage and he's now struggling. The second misses him.
So what is the scene at this point? Is it just the 2 guards and the boss standing?
Yes.
It's Rubin or Ander's turn, I believe.
It's Ander

you pick of 1 guard, the last one stands.
Drago pounces 5 feet in front of Mardon and wacks him with his war hammer

The arrow sticks into him, but he plucks it out.
OOC: What is the initiative order now that we are past the surprise round?
Ander, Drago,Rubin, Mardon
OOC: All 3 hit, he takes 28 damage, noted on his sheet.
