Once deciding no one was in the bathroom, Kulloda crosses the room quickly and presses his ear to the door to the west, listening for voices or any sounds.
"Do you hear anything?" Gash whispers to his companions. "Maybe we should hole up in here for a second, I could send Friend out to locate Fang -- and anyone standing between us and them."

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Like Dog out in the hallway, Kulloda hears muffled voices on the other side of the door. All he can determine is that there are more than four voices and that they are dispersed at different distances from the door.
"If Friend see, good to know how many out there," Kulloda says. "And if door Dog near and door from bath go same place. Come through both doors make them more scared. Surrounded."

Tristan looks at the empty bed and sniffs in disgust. “He doesn’t even have the common courtesy to be present for his own assassination. It appears we have an early riser.” As the others begin searching the nearby rooms and hallway for any signs of people, Tristan searches around the room for anything of value or interest. What does a Fang keep in his bedroom anyway?
Perception: 17.
Finished pilfering anything of value, he follows Dog out into the hallway, whispering “should we clear out the rooms to the south first? The west sounds like a party best avoided if we can.”
Is the door such that martin could get through with a shift into a mouse?
Let's find out! Chance roll (78): 39
Both doors appear to be in good enough condition that they have a tight seal all the way around. They will have to be opened to see what is on the other side.

There are two locked chests, one that does not see much usage and the other frequent usage. The room has a wardrobe with clothes haphazardly arranged in it, most of it consisting of furs and work clothes. A large, expensive mirror stands across the room from the wardrobe and two suits of armor, not polished but not dilapidated either, guard the window to the east. A desk littered with maps and messages in a foreign language is on the west wall. The drawers are not at all organized, containing everything from daggers to letters to chicken bones. A potted plant stands next to the bed and four shields adorn the walls.
Kulloda looks at the detritus uncovered in Tristan's search of the Fang's room, looking from the chicken bones to the mirror on the wall and back.
"Even Kulloda not sleep with chicken bones," he says. Then looks where Martin was checking the doors to see if there were any gaps.
"If no gaps for mouse Martin, can Gash Friend get through to see?" Kulloda asks. "If can magic through door good. If not, Kulloda not want sit and wait. Not need be sneaky. Go out kill Fang tell rest to surrender."
"If I stand near the door, I should be able to summon Friend on the other side of it. And I can look through his eyes for a ways, Just give me a shake if you need me back."

We've used that trick before. It works as you intend.
If no one objects Gash will summon Friend on the other side of the door and enter into his senses and have the little owl familiar fly as silently as possible

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Friend appears just over halfway across the width of a large feast hall and throne room. Everything is made of wood, as elsewhere in the increasingly sizable house. While there appears to be room to host as many as 50 men, the occupancy appears to be about half that. Men are spread out at or near the two long tables eating breakfast, drinking from tankards, or otherwise occupying themselves in an early morning routine. The men are dressed in leathers and hides with a few dressed in chain shirts or robes. They appear to be armed.
7 servants also walk about the room in various states of clearing dishes, bringing food, or being harassed by The Fang's men.
A table in front of the throne and at the head of the two tables is clearly for The Fang but neither the throne nor his table is occupied. What is likely a lieutenant of The Fang is at the head of the western table, laughing at the clearly uncomfortable servant girl clasped in his lap. As Friend swoops behind the lieutenant, scouting the room, one of the men near the lieutenant points with his half-eaten chicken leg and exclaims in his own language. Heads turn and delighted laughs and cries accompany the sound of weapons being drawn and chairs sliding on the wooden floor.
Gash speaks to his comrades in the room with him, "50 men. Armed. I don't see The Fang, and they've made Friend. I'm going to keep him looking as long as possible. Squeeze my shoulder if you need me here."
Gash turns silent again and begins trying to navigate Friend. Friend to the door. Show me everything you can find before they can get to you. Dodge. Run. Fly. Dodge!

Tristan lets out a low whistle as Gash describes what lies behind the doors. “That is quite the party." He turns to Kulloda. "Patience friend, Maybe we should check out the rooms off of this hallway first. If the Fang is not out there, he still may be in one of those rooms. But before things get busy, I am going to see what the Fang keeps locked away in those chests.”
Tristan makes his way back to the bed chambers and inspects the two locked chests, searching for any sign of traps. Pulling out his thieves tools, he gets to work to pick the locks and open the chests. (or to disarm any traps he spots first)

Kulloda watches Gash cast his spell, watching the goblin's eyes go blank as he appears to be looking at something the big barbarian can't see.

Sorry for the delay. Had 6 8-year olds running around last night so I got the map done but not the post made. Here it is!

Kulloda listens to Gash speak and then he turns his head when the small wizard mentions the guards have spotted Friend.
