As Kierro studies the door something just doesn't look right with it. The stonework is masterful, the melding of door and wall perfect, but something just looks wrong about it. It takes him a moment or two to figure out that the door is not a door, but a false door. With that knowledge he studies it closer and notices the lines of a trap door positioned on the ground just in front of the door. If anyone were to try to open this false door they would end up falling into some sort of trap beneath that trap door.
There is no southern tunnel, this door does not go anywhere.

Kierro points this out to everyone, then sighs. "Truly every doorway, every corridor in this place has a trap in it. It's no wonder that nobody's made it out yet. I can only imagine how many have tried."
"I suppose we're heading north, then." He checks for traps once more as they move on.
Going through the northern door you find a short hall that ends in a t-intersection. The tunnel it intersects with runs East and West here. The Eastern tunnel goes a ways, then looks to turn North. The Westerrn tunnel has a side passage that goes north just a bit down it, then runs a bit past the side passage prior to seemingly ending in a blank wall.
Emmy moves out into the East to West tunnel and takes a look. “Well, there is a secret door at the end there...” She says, nodding to the West. “Don’t see anything else noteworthy though...” She shrugs as she moves back to Honor. “I know this is suppose to be fun, but we aren’t doing anything really fun yet, and I lost my armor even...” She sighs. “When will we start having fun?”
"Speaking of which, does anyone else feel their stuff moving? Or just Kyrian at the moment?" Kierro asks as he leads them through the northwest secret door.

room ... Square, 40 × 40 ft Iron door in center of north wall. Iron door in NE corner of East wall. secret door in center of East Wall. (You came through this.) Iron door in SE corner of East wall. Tunnel in center of West wall
In the center of this chamber is a magma pool, about 20 feet across, leaving ten feet of ground on the outside of it in all directions. As soon as you enter the salamanders swimming in the lava pool immediately notice and start moving to the attack... We won't roll initiative, as that is likely going to just slow things down. The party can go first. Please do actions for your dragons as well, I'll run Higgul and Morgan, but I'll just do actions as they are posted.
“Let the dragons play a bit if they want to, but only take care of the ones that make it out of the pool.” And i cast hypnotic pattern and i use my bards instrument, wich gives disadvantage on the WIS save vs charm DC 22.
All fifteen of the salamanders settle back into the lava, dazzled by the hypnotic pattern. (They have +0 to their wis save, so cannot meet the DC of 22 regardless.)

How far is my item now, since we had to go in my direction anyway. Nadariel would check the Irondoor that leads N for traps and if it is locked. (13 perception/ 2 less for investigation)

Nadariel points out his direction, but in light of the three other items and the draggon, it may be better to go S first.
