Leto The imp was not able to snag any treasure, it is all frozen into the ice.
You all are able to sneak easily up thorugh the tunnels and to the ramp up into the chamber with the ice troll. The ice troll ahs not noticed you as of yet. As, with your stealth rolls, you can easily get surprise on him, I will say you rush in and deal with the troll quickly and easily. One troll is not going to be much of a challege for this group.
Where do you go from here? You know the north passage leads to the ice toads, while the East one leads to the books and the way to the dragon's lair.
Kierro glances to the others. "Sounds like east is the way to go, then. I remember the shaman mentioning the ice toads would either ignore us or even help us if they felt like it, but if it's a relatively straight shot to the treasure hoard without encountering them then probably best to just avoid them for now and head closer to what we're looking for."
Kyrian shakes his head "We can't deal with the dragon by ourselves. The ice toads could be a deciding factor if it comes down to a fight, and in any case they may act as a deterrent. I will go and see if I can recruit them. The rest of you carry on, but don't approach the dragon until I return. With help or without it."

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
"We're looking to reappropriate treasure from a dragon's hoard," Honor reminds Naivara. "A possessive, territorial dragon. I'd love for there not to be a fight, but I'd like to be prepared for one. That said," she turns to Kyrian, "do you think the ice toads will be placated if it turns out we don't need to fight? Assuming the shaman was telling the truth."
“As far as I’ve seen, the dragon isn’t currently around. That said, it’s unlikely to be far. And any disturbance to it’s hoard will easily be noticed.” Leto adds. “And once we have what we’ve come for... what is our quickest route out?”
"Likely back the way we came. The other question is how we get to what we're looking for - being that it's encased in ice. Is it close enough that we can potentially dig through, or would we need to blast it somehow?"
Kyrian winces "I would avoid blowing it up if we could, but I currently see no other option." He turns and starts to walk north "I will be back as soon as I am able"

"I should be able to manage that." Kierro says, holding his palm up as flames start to appear in it, before dissipating. "If one of us goes to meet the Ice Toads we should all probably come with, since if we split up and the dragon finds one person or group alone then it won't go well."
Kyrian looks back "I agree, but too big of a group may seem threatening. Two or three should suffice. The others could clear the room with the books, then we will rendezvous at the lair"

“I’m willing to talk with the beasts.” Leto says. “Though I no nothing of their kind. Why would they be in any way willing to help us against the much bigger, stronger, inhabitant of this lair?”
A bizarre sight greets you in this rough-walled chamber. About a dozen giant toads with thick, mottled white hides are at work here, scribing strange writing into the ice of the walls, or onto weathered parchment and stone tablets. A few toads transfer parchments and tablets into and out of floor-to-ceiling cubbyholes cut into the ice along the entire southern wal
As the group enters the toads stop their work and turn to look at you, but do not do anything else. What do you do?

Leto, seeing the others get quiet, attempts to do the same, and finds it much easier due to some magic that Naivara had cast. ((Stealth 29))
He then checks in with Hulud to see what treasure he’d snagged from the hoard, and if there was any reaction from around or not.

"I er, probably shouldn’t come with to the ice toads. I’d probably end up offending them."
