Esmeralda replies in a low whisper, "That sounds delightful. However, my husband is currently sitting over there at the bar," she glances over at Ronaldo, "and while he doesn't mind my flirtations, he might take issue with my leaving with you. Do you know of a back door that we could leave from? Perhaps I pretend to use the restroom and meet you outside." She looks around at the other sailors and then back at the captain, "If not, I'm sure one of your boys could come up with a way to distract my husband so that we might leave without being noticed."
"Yer husband seems fairly occupied by that fellow he is sitting with." Rum Whale says, nodding to where Leto has taken a seat with Roberto. "Otherwise I have no problem causing a bit of a distraction, if ye can't get out of here without one..." He gives you a grin, then stands up and prepares to leave. "I'll meet you outside, if ye need a distraction, then wait a minute and me boys will take care of that for ye. I'll be disappointed though, as it will mean ye couldn't figure it out on yer own..."
"No doubt." Leto says. And continues to ask the dragon about his relationship with Esmeralda. Keeping it friendly but poking for details. Honestly curious to learn about how dragons think, but also aware that something is note quite right with the situation.
"It sounds like there are multiple challenges,"Honor says to Kierro. "It sounds like the red dragon was asleep but woke up and started getting all this ready. I'm not sure if it's tied to us, but it's certainly convenient. When we defeat him in combat, does that automatically give us the right to the treasure as well, presuming we clear the traps? Going through the dungeon first may be an opportunity for our skills to be studied, but we have sheer numbers as well. Though I can't see anyone, even a dragon, agreeing to take on all of us at once."
”I imagine the dungeon, even if it is, well, a dungeon, might even be the path of least resistance. Anyone who doesn’t enter through the main entrance would probably be targeted by the dragon itself without any mercy whatsoever, whereas for now he’s content to stay as long as we agree to his challenge. I suppose since the flyers advertise that locals have to tell visitors about it, they might know more. Best not to go in blind.”
When the waiter/waitress comes back round, Kierro would ask about the Red Dragon and his dungeon, then find the bar and ask there in case the barkeep might know more. Would people expect to fight the dragon if they got through the dungeon? What sorts of treasure lie at the end? Any clue as to what dangers lie within the dungeon itself? When did the dragon wake up (OOC: does it about correspond with how long we’ve been in Faerun?)

Esmeralda steps up from the table and approaches the waitress that was flirting with Sinder. If she is currently serving the Dragon Lord, then Esmeralda waits until the woman is done serving him before approaching her. Quietly she says, "I noticed your eyes for the fiery one over there," she nods her head towards Sinder. "Us ladies need to look out for each other and I've spent quite some time with that fellow. I'd love to give you some tips, but I must use the bathroom. Join me?"

You would learn that the dragon is not part of the dungeon, and that dungeon-goers are likely never to come face-to-face with the dragon itself. It is a labrynthe that appears to have been made to entertain the dragon, not something they would participate in. You would also learn the dragon has been awake for years, and you only arrived here a month or so ago.
Ing The waitress glances to Sinder and gives a sultry grin, then nods and follows you to the privy.
Kyrian/Leto/Sinder You would notice Esmerelda head back towards the privy. Helen, Sinder's waitress, goes along with her, and returns a few moments later with an amused glint to her eyes. The waitress moves to the bar and then walks over towards Sinder with a glass of some clear liquid. "Your friend told me this was how to get your blood boiling..." Helen whispers to Sinder as she lifts a candle from a table nearby and lights the liquid in the glass on fire. A flash of fire bursts up from the glass in the woman's hand as she holds the cup out to Sinder.
Kyrian gives a sigh of long suffering at the sight of Sinder's antics. Turning to his companions, he says "If he spent as much energy on his spells as he does flirting, he might actually be a force to be reckoned with." And these fools call themselves dragonlords? Half of them are probably going to die before the quest is completed if they carry on like this. Kyrian grins sheepishly to himself, his inner voice laughing at him Your not exactly in top form either. It is true, he isn't. Not yet...

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
Naivara reluctantly says, "I suppose I'm not going to be able to talk you out of it... so I will go with you. But if this turns out to be another thing where we do this and a lot of people die, I will not continue. Screw my memories I will not cause the harm of any more people."
"I believe that the risk of it this time is far less, but I understand your concern completely. Anything that I can do to keep the townspeople from coming to harm, I'll do. That's a promise." Kierro replies. "We'll be glad to have you along."
He stands to stretch out a bit, before speaking to Naivara and Honor. "I'll be out a bit, seeking guidance for tomorrow. See you two in the morning."
Waving to them, he leaves the tavern, finding a nice high place to watch the sunset. Chysen follows along as well. Kierro kneels down and closes his eyes, praying.
He places a hand to his amulet that he bears on his chest. It radiates light as he whispers:
"Morning Lord Lathander, guide us forth through this trial as we return home. Help us to aid those who we meet along our path, and protect the innocents along our way from harm."
"Dawn Father Pelor, may your light continue to brighten our homeland. Protect and watch over it and its people, and guide us back home, so those who rely on us may be reunited."
"Lady Celavir, watch over me, and guide me as I seek to better myself as a guardian and protector of the innocent, both of this realm and Exandria."
"Thank you, all of you. Until the end, I pledge to continue to serve you, and improve myself."
The Aasimar opens his eyes, watching the sun fade into the night. He and Chysen return to the inn, finding a room and sleeping comfortably for the first time in a good while.

Once the tavern gets quiet, Nadariel will also retire to the floating castle as well to meet up with his dragon. Did he earn any money with his performance and did my dragon discover anything interesting while exploring the castle?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nadariel You earn 15 gold with your performance. This place is not filled with moneybags after all.
There is nothing too interesting about the cloud castle. It is mostly empty, with only the constructs around.
Most of you ready for the dungeon then? I believe I have some todos for Ing, but have to do some research there first. Is everyone else ready for me to move this along?
