Starting to feel the heat, Raskal wipes some sweat from his brow and pulls out his waterskin. He takes a break for a few seconds in the intersection as he sips some of his water. As he is resting, the burly human flicks his wrist a few times and mutters a few incantations as his face shifts a group of burn markings appears on his cheek. A few more flicks and incantations as the burns slowly adjust to look more and more realistic before Raskal dismisses the illusion with a disappointed click of his tongue and slight head shake. Capping the waterskin and tossing it back into his pack, he pulls a slightly smaller vial of liquid out, and swirls it around for a moment before he uncorks the vial and chugs it all down. Stretching his arms out and feeling a little less uncomfortable with the heat now, he resumes his progress by heading south and down the stairs. As he walks he continues to check for traps or any signs of danger, and this time, he calls upon the shadows to help mask his presence as he finds his way deeper into the dragon's lair.
(OOC: Do I need to roll new checks? Or can I simply add +10 to my old stealth check? Also, I assume my psionic dice wasn't expended on the last perception roll as nothing was detected... (the original roll did not 'fail'))
New stealth check is needed. No your dice were not used last time. I will require new stealth checks likely between every chamber, just so you know this and can roll ahead of time. I don't work on the one-good-roll approach.
Going by the map you head East, following after Raskal. You come to the stairs and tunnel I mentioned in my earlier post to Raskal and to the stairs going down. You are a bit behind him though, so I'll have to see what he does first. Is the Axial following you, and how many of the constructs did you bring with. I'd say you could bring up to 5 of them if you wish.

Ing continues on down the stairs and towards the dim glow. As he walks, he continues to keep his eyes peeled for any traps or lurking dangers and stay close to the walls where he can stay hidden as best as possible.
As you come down the stairs, you come out on the North wall of a large glowing chamber. To the South a pool of lava fills the southern half of the chamber. To the West a treasure chest sits about 30 feet from the stairs, along the northern wall. To the East a closed portcullis blocks a passage that leads on to the East from here.
In the pool of lava you would see multiple forms slithering together. Salamanders and Fire Snakes are in the pool of lava. There is about 15 feet of solid ground along the North end of the chamber, the rest is the pool of lava.

Raskal grins when he sees the treasure and whispers something under his breath as his form shimmers for a second and three clones step out of him. Another muttering and he feels his body become partially ethereal. Sticking to the walls, Raskal slips into the shadows and peeks out into the room checking for any dangers along the path to the treasure chest.
Nadariel is a friend in strength in numbers, so he would stay in a group with Kierro and the rest. He would take a look at the map and try to figure out where his item would be.
Honor looks up from helping Emmy. "The map's not accurate," she says. "We did a bit of scouting earlier -- less for traps and more for uh, contents -- and it doesn't match up with the areas we checked." She shrugs. "Let's head to the east."
"Do you think the dragon placed the items knowing their value to us? I believe this place was constructed before we all awoke." Leto asks. "Or simply that he spread the treasure out through his dungeon?" He then nods at the suggestion to stick together. Groups can accomplish more than he could alone.
The portcullis is in the very NE corner of the chamber, so in the north section.
The creatures in the lava pool do not seem to have noticed you, and there does not appear to be any threats between you and the treasure chest to the West.
You are going to be coming down the stairs here shortly, assuming this is the direction you are going. How many of those constructs did you end up brining? Also, how far behind you are your dragon and the constructs following?
You are a bit behind the other two, as you took more time to study the map, to move the sone, and such. I’d say you are likely 10 rounds behind Ing/Raskal and about 5 rounds behind Latrius.

"I can't say for sure - definitely constructed before we all awoke a month ago. Perhaps it's split up so anyone fortunate enough to find treasure doesn't find all of it at once." Kierro says, leading the group down the hall.

"That would make the most sense." Leto says. "So far we've seen no indication that there is anyone, or anything, behind our arrival here. Though I remain curious." He then reaches his off-hand up to the ancient tooth embedded in his staff, and touching it, everyone within 30ft of him notices their footfalls become slightly more padded.

Raskal takes a deep breath and bolts. Sprinting first to the treasure chest, with his lockpicks in hand, he tries to pick the lock as best as he can and swing the chest open.
(OOC: The rest of Raskal's turn will depend on what he sees in the chest/whether he can unlock it)

is everyone except for Latrius and Ing doing this, or are you splitting up further?

If and only if the perception check fails and the dice would make the roll succeed, expending a psionic dice to add 5 to the roll.

Probably would have brought 2 constructs. They’d be about 10 feet behind me.
