Those who go before the first giant can post now. I am still fiddling with the map, but I have the PCs, and their minions, in a different colored font, and the enemies in a red font, so let me know how that looks on your end. I will be trying out borders, and such, for the cloud and castle, so expect to see those change if they have not already.
I have the cloud dragon in her natural form, which is why she takes up 9 squares on the map.
For now use the map link I posted in the OOC, I will add it to the Campaign when I get a chance, so you have a good place to always find it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I'm assuming the giants look actively hostile, let me know otherwise.)
Kierro rises (10 feet up, 40 feet east) from the castle, carried aloft by his angelic wings. He calls to his approaching foes: "Why do you attack us? We have no quarrel with you - or anyone who may have sent you."
His palms glow with fire as he projects a wall of fire in front of giants 1 and 2. DC 21 DEX save for half of 32 nonlethal fire damage. Hits again at the start of their turn, continues to do so unless they get out of its area.

Emmy will change into her dragon form on her turn and take off towards the newcomers. If she can grab Higgul as a free action she'll take him along (she'd go for Honor first, but Honor would gesture at Higgul, who only carries melee weapons).
Honor will run towards the direction of the attack. Using her action as well as her movement, she should be able to get 120 feet. She also ought to be able to easily clear just jumping straight from the section she's on to the middle section, and not need the bridge (her long jump is 34 feet, her high jump is 11 feet), allowing her to just move straight across.
Higgul will ready a melee attack with his warhammer if he's with Emmy. Otherwise he'll also run, though he only gets 60 feet. He might also be able to leap across (long jump 20, high jump 8 feet) but will take the bridge if he wouldn't clear. (I'm not sure how high the walls are.)

Not sure where you, and potentially Higgul, are running to. The giants are out to the East, not North or South. East from you is the end of the tower, then, likely about 50 feet below you, the cloud that serves as ground. The giants are out 100 feet from the cloud, over open air and not on anything you can run across.
Oh, I was looking at the cluster of things in front of the other tower, the gearkeepers -- what are those, if they're not enemies? Also, how many rounds would it take to get down to ground level, for people who are on rooftops and don't have ranged options? (mainly Higgul).
Honor will move up to the wall then, cast Magic Weapon on her longbow, and hold her action to attack Giant 5 if it gets within 150 feet and is obviously hostile. (Attack: 24 Damage: 12)
Higgul will probably still need to get downstairs, depending on how long that would take versus the giants' approach.

Kierro, the giants are flying in the air. Wall of Fire requires being on a solid surface. You can cast it, if you want it to sit on the cloud, but that is 100 feet away from the giants. Do you want to do soemthing else?

Latrius (invisible) will attempt to land a couple of long shots on the closest giant.
(Advantage from assassin and invisibility cancelling long range disadvantage (looks like more than 150 ft, could be wrong).)

Forgot Leon and the Githyanki, they come right after Giant4, so you are aware...

If Latrius moves to the edge of the roof, which I did move him there, then he has 185 feet to hit the closest giant to him.

Fratty grins as her skin shifts into scales, and her body grows larger. When she finishes transforming, the grin that remains is a vicious snarl.
Kyrian forms the construct of a spell, aims it and releases a blast of fire towards Giant 5
Attack: 30 Damage: 10
