However, the target position of his web also had full cover from him given that the tower is (in my mind) quite tall, (about 30 ft when it matters.) However, fortunately it has little impact on the events here, we'll just run with it. With 40 ft. of movement and the web in the stated position, Or'ick can still just reach, or at least, we'll run with that for brevity as well.)

Seeing the torch alight Ori'ck will trudge through the webs ((move to H6, H7 if I can't reach)). He realizes he doesn't see the elf, and feels the battle rage in him beginning to fade, and the exhaustion starting to set in, and with a wild roar he punches himself in the face ((Idk if I need to make an attack roll against myself but just in case: 10 to hit, doing 4 bludgeoning, reduced to 2 by rage, using my bonus action attack from frenzy)) "Stop running away knife-ear" he bellows, sending frothing saliva and fresh blood spurting forth from his mouth as he pulls a jagged golden javelin from it's sling ((hold attack until Baral comes into view))
Or'ick crawls out of the webs and back into the tower. (Reaching F-7 with 40 feet of movement.) He makes a wild and fruitless unarmed strike to focus his rage before readying a javelin.
Baral let's out a firey explosion searing the barbarian's flesh, then moves to get some distance. Baral comes into sight of the barbarian, but benefits from excellent cover.

Or'ick nimbly avoids the brunt of the flames. He hurls his payload at his target but can't score a hit. He moves to a better position and strikes again. The torch begins burning with Or'ick's colors as he begins to take control of the point (1/5)
(A couple problems with little real impact on this round: First, Reckless Attack only applies to melee weapon attacks, and second, you are unable to draw two weapons in a turn without the dual weilder feet.)
