After making sure that they are safe, Saya stands next to Callaphe. She casts Detect Magic on the child. (Just in case.)

Saya thinks that the child is not a threat, takes a small blanket from her backpack, and puts over the girl. “Here child, are you hungry?” She then takes some rations, whatever is sweeter, and gives to the girl. “What is your name? My name is Saya.”

From time to time, the Akronian checks what Calisto and the minotaurs are doing.
Soren sticks with Areus, however he often glances over at the other three members, looking slightly concerned "Looks can be deceiving, Areus. I get the feeling we may be in more danger with this girl than we realize."

Callaphe considers for a moment as Saya moves up to join her. Tisto is about to step in and offer his hand as Saya reaches into her pack to remove a blanket. Areus, still concentrating on studying the mask is unaware of what is happening but Soren is looking out for him, a wary eye on Calisto.
Suddenly, as Callaphe offers her hand, the child grips it, stronger than she looks and pulls Callaphe down towards her. Bending down the child whispers in Callaphe's ear and tells her her fortune. As the child finishes Callaphe feels a bit of her energy, her warmth, leeched out of her body. The child then releases her hand and turns are slips into a crack in the building behind her.

You lose 2 permanent HP until you leave the underworld. Additionally once, at anytime, you can choose to reroll any roll. When you do your reroll it is made with advantage on the roll, even if you did not have advantage at the time or even if you had disadvantage on the original roll. This is the fortune that the girl tells you of your future.
I put a note on your character sheet to help remind you
You hear Calisto laugh as she watches the scene unfold. It is clear she is mocking you with the laughter but she says nothing else. The remainder of the short rest nothing happens.
(Completely forgot about that feature, I won't lie)
Soren scowls "Everything has a hidden price here. Sooner or later it will be something that we cannot pay."
He kneels down "Thassa, show me that which resides behind the mist, that which I cannot see." Like a wave, energy ripples out from Soren, revealing any Fey, Fiends or Undead or any area that has been consecrated or desecrated within 60ft

Using his divine sense Soren learns that the three minotaurs that accompany Calisto are undead. Nothing else within 60 feet is revealed to be Fey, Fiend or Undead.
(Rereading the text, I realized that Saya never got a chance to touch the child.)
”Are you ok Callaphe? Should I go after the child?” Saya stays with her companion, and looks towards the direction where the child went.

“Agreed.” Saya folds the blanket, and stores back into her backpack. “I am ready to move out.” She readies her gear, and stands ready to depart.

Calisto walks over to you, the minotaurs in tow. "Shall we continue? The temple cannot be much further."
Moving again through the streets it isn't long before you find yourselves on the Street of Gods. The temple of Ephara is easily found as it stands at the top of the Street of Gods, on the hill that rises up near the center of the city. Grand and magnificent, it stands much as it does in Meletis proper. You catch flashes of ghosts floating down the hallways, lost white shades amid the bleached bone stone. A sense of peace has settled here, though it is melancholy and forlorn. The ghosts appear to be priests and supplicants, going about their service to Ephara. They’re not aggressive and seem to ignore you. Making your way through the halls you search temple much as you did the first time.
As the group searches, but do not find the fragment of the mask, Areus asks "Are we sure to be in the right place? The last time we were searching for the mask, the one Calisto took from us, we went underground to find the original temple of Ephara." He turns towards Callaphe "This place is more or less the exact copy of Meletis, could you take us to the passage we used before?"
Saya wasn’t part of the group’s exploit of the real temple, so she is not sure how to proceed. She will make sure that they are being followed by other people by staying at the back of the group.

Callaphe nods. She is certain she could find the Halls of Justice and sets off to lead you there. Calisto, initially upset that the fragment isn't where she thought it should be, eagerly follows you as you seem to know something she doesn't.
You soon arrive at the Hall of Justice that, even in the underworld, stands atop the old temple of Ephara. You enter the Hall of Justice. The walls outside are painted in runes — not magical, you think, but rather a claim of territory. A handsome young man approaches. “Hello,” he says in a voice of silk and honey, “My name is Bathor. Have you come to make a donation?” He makes you shiver in all the right ways.
Areus, spear and shield at the ready, stays in guard as the group approaches the Halls of Justice. He points at the runes "Does any of you know if those runes have a particular meaning?" His grip on the spear tightens as someone in the group explains that the runes may indicate a claim of territory. "Let's keep our guard up, I have a bad feeling about someone or something that claims a territory in the Underworld." As the young man approaches and asks his question, the Hoplite replies "What kind of donation and to whom?"
