Yevele, thinking to herself 'We need to finish these two off before anyone hears the sounds of fighting' hits her guard with her quarterstaff: Attack: 10 Damage: 10 . She will then expend another ki point to take elbow Attack: 12 Damage: 6 and kick the guard: Attack: 24 Damage: 6
She will use the inspiration from Rogram on her quarterstaff attack: 4
increasing the attack with the quarterstaff to an 18. If she kills the first guard, her unarmed attacks will be on the second guard.
Looking around Smoke does not see any fire that he can use right away. Cmon thinkhe says to himself.
Smoke will try to climb up the tent he just threw the oil on, using his claws to move up quietly from the side that is in shadows/away from the raiders path. He will avoid going onto the oil himself and take out a candle from his bag and lighting it. Its not dragons breath, but it will have to do. he mumbles
He looks around a moment then places the lit small candle on the roof on its side and pushes it to roll it towards the oil. During its roll Smoke will move back quickly and off the roof to find cover hopefully to stay out of sight as the oil catches fire.
Movement: up the roof and off again after lighting the candle and using feline agility to get further away. for a total of 60ft Action: lighting the candle (assuming i cant throw in same turn i roll/place it on the roof and run)
OOC: Ordinarily I would say that Smoke needs a tinderbox to light the candle with, but since there are plenty of fires around, I think he could light it with one of those, and move back to the tent to place the candle on the roof in the next turn.

Yevele raps her staff on the hand of her opponent, causing his grip on his sword to release, then spins to place her elbow on his temple, dropping him dead to the ground. A chorus of soft oohs emits from the pair of dwarven prisoners, whose attention turns to Rogram as his opponent begins to gain the upper hand, pressing him toward the walls of the tent.
Outside, Smoke moves from the tents to a cookfire to light his candle, while Thia keeps her crossbow trained on the entrance to the tent.
Round 3 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: Rogram is engaged in melee combat with one enemy. Smoke is outside of the prisoners' tent, 90 feet away. Thia is halfway up the cliff, 150 feet away.
Smoke will rush towards the tent trying to get back to the prisoners and his companions. He only looks back once to see if the oily tent is in bright flames.
Bright flames bright flames he mumbles to himself hoping it will catch their attention. After he looks he will move towards the tent. So much i could of learned here but no time anymore.
He will try and get a view of the situation around the tent as he gets as close as possible.

Light Crossbow vs. Raider: 16
The masked raider is slightly stunned by Yevele's staff but manages to disengage from her, taking to the tent opening. He leaps over her low kick and grimaces when Rogram's sword opens a gash in his hip. A crossbow bolt thuds into the side of tent as he rushes out, Thia's prepared shot missing slightly and giving the raider the opening to shout, "We are under assault! They're after the prisoners!"
The area is suddenly illuminated in dim light as a small fire breaks out upon the roof of a nearby tent. Smoke closes in on the fleeing raider.
Round 4 Order: Players <===== Enemy
Placement: The remaining raider is outside of the prisoners' tent, 30 feet away from Rogram, Yevele, and Smoke. Thia is halfway up the cliff, 120 feet away.
OOC Thanks for the clarification. And, after posting I realized you said that in the original post and I missed it.
IC Yevele will move after the guard, hitting him with her quarter staff Attack: 6 Damage: 7, followed by a kick (if the quarter staff didn't kill him): Attack: 14 Damage: 6

Seeing the raider come out of the tent Smoke is unsure what has happened and can only assume the worst.
He will run straight towards the raider hearing him shout to alarm the guards. Oh no you dont.. he quickens his pace taking out his rapier and slides on the ground the last piece to cut the legs of the raider to try and drop him from sight so the other raiders will have more trouble responding to his calls.
Movement: 30ft to reach the raider Action: rapier vs raider Attack: 19 Damage: 12
OOC: Sorry for the delay! Been an exhausting week.
Yevele staggers the raider toward Smoke, who cuts off the escape route and slices through his legs mid-slide. The raider falls dead, but the damage of his call has been done. The attention of a large portion of the army has been turned toward the prisoners' area, though a separate tent away from the prisoners is still alighting in a blaze. Thia readies her crossbow, keeping it focused on the approaching raiders, but the size of the army is overwhelming; there are none yet within range of her bolts, but there must be at least fifty on their way.
Inside the tent, Rogram fumbles around the body of the dead raider within. Feeling the hard metal within his tunic, he pulls a necklace free with a key looped at the end.
Yevele will head back to the tent. Once inside she will begin stripping the clothes off the dead guard. As she does, the monk will glance up at the prisoners and ask "Who here is best at bluffing? We need someone to put on the guards outfit and stand outside with Rogram to keep the rest of the army from coming in here. If they ask, you need to tell them that the other two intruders fled that way along the edge of the camp" Yevele says pointing away from the direction where most of the men are approaching from.
Once the guard is stripped, Yevele will take her own outer clothes off and dress the guard in them. With the mask removed from the face, the monk will pick up the scimitar and hit the guard several times in the face, both to disfigure him and make it difficult for someone to recognize him and to get some fresh blood on her outfit. She will then direct Rogram and the other "guard" to carry the body outside and toss it to the side, where anyone can see the dead body.
As Yevele is explaining the plan and doing her quick-change act (and gruesomely disfiguring the guard — well done!), Rogram unlocks the chains. He will then enact the plan as Yevele outlined it while wishing he could remember the spell his mother used to creature images out of thin air.
After seeing the raider fall Smoke will move inside the tent to see how the prisoners are doing. As Rogram unlocks the prisoners and Yevele swap clothes.
We must hurry! he says looking out of the side of the tent. There are so many.he says to himself
Unsure if the guard misdirection will work Smoke will see if there is a torch outside to grab onto. Looking to Rogram who would be one of the guards. Tell them to chase me, and get those prisoners out. Good luck.
With those words Smoke runs towards the tents on the south end of the camp (map), to try and have the raiders follow him instead without having to move through the entire camp.
Bonus action: Last bardic inspiration on Rogram. Action: Dash Movement: To the entrance of the tent and after moving towards the cliff through the tents on the south. 60ft total.
(On the map you said we were at the red spot so assuming the southwest tents are the prisoner tents he will move to the right through the tents and head for the cliff there)
Group Deception (w/ Advantage for accuracy and detail): Rogram: 18 Smoke: 24 Yevele: 8 Prisoner: 7
The shackles fall from the tentpole, and in turn, from the prisoners' legs as Rogram inserts the fitted key. One of the prisoners nervously steps forward to accept Yevele's request, a man that Rogram recognizes as a farmer from outside of Greenest. There is just enough time for the clothing to swap, hurriedly, as the bulk of the assisting raiders is arriving. The darkness, the sudden disruption of the evening meal, and Smoke's timing to dart away toward the flaming tents as the disguised prisoner points in that direction, carries most of the raiders away. Frantic shouts continue to fill the camp; calls for water to douse the tents, assistance in catching the fleeing intruder, and for someone to find the missing monk. For the immediate moment, Smoke is a fair distance ahead of the pursuit, but it becomes quickly clear that can not last long: There are far too many enemies throughout this level of the camp to avoid longer than a few more moments.
Not all of the raiders leave the immediate area, however. The attention has brought at least a dozen that mill about the prisoners' area of camp, searching every tent, nook, and cranny. One pair grabs the body of the dead guard, extending a hand downward toward Rogram and the disguised prisoner, all five fingers splayed. "Praise Tiamat's glory," one says. "Rezmir will want to see this one."
Not sure what the hand motion means and if he's supposed to respond in a certain way, Rogram coughs into his hand a few times, then scowls. "Smoke," he says through a tight throat in explanation. "Yes," the half-dwarf continues, "Rezmir will want to see this one. Do you need help carrying them?"
As Smoke looks behind he sees it worked and a bunch of raiders are following him. Hopefully it gives the others the chance to get away. At that time hes not sure if thats a good thing anymore. He tosses his torch aside (assuming he was using one to help raiders see him).
Trying to dart into the darkness to give himself a little extra time Smoke will head straight for the cliffside. Knowing the raiders wont expect anyone to try and climb up he will try to use it to his advantage in hopes of getting away.
He bears his claws talking to himself Its not wings but they will have to do.
Action: dash Movement: not sure if hes close enough to the cliffside on the south below the tents so he has 30ft of walking speed x2 with dash or 20ft climbing using his cats claws (also ticked off the last bardic inspiration from last turn)
