Rogram enters the fray, swinging his sword with both strong arms, attempting to cut down the attacking army before they can gain a foothold. He finishes with a practiced flourish, attempting to inspire Yevele.

The door leads to a small ready room, 20 feet long and only 10 feet from doorway to doorway, the further of which is the sealed gate that has been forced open. The gate has been cracked clean in its center, leaving a 3-foot-wide gap large enough for a Medium sized creature to slide through. Within the room, rushing into the courtyard, are three humans, none wearing any armor, along with three kobolds and a green-skinned drake. They charge to meet the onslaught.

The drake leads the enemy charge, running at Thrax with abandon. The creature's jagged teeth are unable to gnash beneath the cleric's chain mail. The humans remain within the ready room, working together with an obvious familiarity. Each grabbing a symbol of a multi-colored pinwheel around their neck, they begin a series of chants. One summons flame above Thia, but the half-elf dives away from it, beginning a spell of her own. The second moves out of sight along with first, and the third reaches out toward Thrax, shouting "Halt!". The lizardfolk stops in his tracks, compelled by the magic to temporarily remain in place, taking no actions. Yevele is in her face quickly, missing the swing of the quarterstaff but landing an elbow to the gut. Luckily, this caster slumps over unconscious after the blow, affected by Thia's sleep spell.
The kobolds have slightly better luck; one misses a stone throw toward Yevele as she approaches, but the other two pester Rogram with their rapid movements, each drawing blood with their daggers before all three of the small creatures fall asleep as well.
OOC: Smoke still has his turn for Round 1. Once his action is in, I will advance to Round 2.
Smoke is on the ramparts, 40 feet above the action on the ground. He can see all of the enemies except for the three human raiders, who are in the ready room directly below him.

The ramparts of Greenest's keep are bare; no siege equipment or defensive help of any kind lines the walls. Smoke climbs carefully, halfway down the forty-foot wall. Below him in the ready room, a raider reaches down to her sleeping companion and sends healing energy into him, while the other slaps him awake. Getting to his feet with a start, he creates a gout of white light above Yevele that she dives away from. The three companion move out of sight within the room.
Thrax stands still, in a bit of a daze. The drake breaks through armor with its powerful tear, starting to tear into the lizardfolk's leg.
Round 2 Order: Enemies Players <=====
Placement: Smoke is climbing the wall, 20 feet above the ground. The ambush drake is engaged in melee combat with Thrax. Two kobolds are asleep in the courtyard. Three human raiders are out of sight, inside of the ready room. All combatants are within movement range of each other, except for Smoke and the ambush drake.
Seeing Thrax get bitten Smoke hurries down mumbling to himself.. Drakes.. pff. thinking they are dragons. The climbs some more .. Well your not, and you will never be one...
Smoke moves down to about 8 feet high. Im not.. he takes out his rapier in one hand. Smoke pushes off the wall with his legs and turns into the air grabbing the rapier with both hands with the pointy end pointing downward he aims to jump onto the drake. While in the air his voice is a bit louder, And your not!
He will look for the right moment to bring down the rapier using it as a thin spear to thrust into the drake from above.
Movement: climbing down more and jumping onto the drake. Action: Rapier Attack on drake: 27 Damage: 21
OOC: Yes, Rogram was able to kill one of the kobolds and give Yevele inspiration. I included that in the results, but apparently just left it out of the narration.
Thrax grips the drake by its tail as it swings around. The creature wrenches free, but only after the cleric has channeled necrotic energy into the beast. Hissing as it backs away, it never sees Smoke land beside it. The tabaxi plants his rapier perfectly into the base of the drake's skull, rolling to absorb the impact of the landing before coming to his feet to pull the rapier free. The drake lies dead.
The others charge into the ready room, now packed full of fighters. Without armor, and armed only with clubs, the raiders have little to defend themselves with, and Yevele quickly takes one down, slamming her back with the butt end of the quarterstaff; as the raider reels, the monk kicks off of the wall and leaps to connect with a flying punch before rolling away from a descending radiant flame cast by another of the raiders. That raider is quickly pinned against the wall by Thia's thrusting rapier, barely avoiding being skewered. The third is slashed badly by Rogram across the chest, falling back wide eyed as he frantically grabs his pinwheel symbol. A brief moment later, his hand glows and the wound has almost fully dried and healed.
Across the courtyard, Escobert tosses a glance and a shout toward the ready room as he works with a guard to fend off another attacker. "How bad is it? The breach, can ye be fixin' it?"
Round 3 Order: Enemies Players <=====
Placement: Two kobolds are asleep in the courtyard. Two human raiders are inside of the ready room. One raider is engaged in melee combat with Rogram. One raider is engaged in melee combat with Thia. All combatants are within movement range of each other.
"This will teach you to attack my city," Rogram hisses. He grabs his sword handle with both hands so the blade is pointed at the ground and pulls the weapon down toward the man at his feet.
As Smoke lands he looks to the drake and to his own surprise his attack was quite successful. He puffs his chest look al smug as he raises his rapier up once more looking for a new target.
Seeing Thrax aid Rogram, Smoke will move to Thia and attack the raider engaged with her. Get back!he says to the raider. He quickly slashes his rapier diagonally towards the target hearing it small blade swoop in the wind. He turns his head to Thia, Lets get him Thia!
Movement: To get next to Thia and help her with the attacker. Action: Rapier attack on the raider attacking Thia Attack: 11 Damage: 10 Bonus Action: Bardic Inspiration on Thia (1d6 to save/attack or ability check)

Rapier vs. Kobold (Advantage-Unconscious): 12Damage: 10
The first raider is dead by the time Yevele knocks him to the ground, but Smoke thrusts the rapier through his chest simultaneously. Thrax pins the other human to the wall, impaling him while Rogram finishes the job with a clean strike across the chest. Thia moves out of the ready room, casually walking toward one of the sleeping kobolds, where she places her sword cleanly through its heart.
Escobert and his guard swat away their assailant. The red-bearded dwarf slams his hammer down through the attacker's head. Blood splatters his face as he shouts again, "The breach! Can ye fix it!"
Round 4 Order: Kobold Players <=====
Placement: One kobold is asleep in the courtyard.
Health: Rogram is wounded. Thrax is lightly wounded.
Thrax points his spear at the Kobold on the ground and motions to Escobert and the other “Take him for questioning! Let’s see if he knows of the other troop movements and where the rest of them are!”
Thrax stands with his shield and spear pointed menacingly at the gap the raiders had made in the gate and entered through. If no others immediately pour through, he will delicately poke his head into the breach and try to determine what was on the other side and how they got in.

Yevele will follow Thrax over to the gap to make sure no one else is readying to attack the breach. Hearing the dwarf again yell in their direction "The breach! can ye fix it?," the young monk will look questioningly at Thrax and ask him "Are they expecting us to fix the breach?"
Masonry was definitely not part of her training at the monastery. While she might be able to put the bricks back in place, the young woman has no idea where to get the "glue" that would be necessary to hold the bricks together.
Smoke will also try to determine how big the hole is and if they could barricade it with wooden planks.
