Damara huffs out a sigh, rolling her neck and shoulders as she begins to walk toward where the voices were, her focus narrowing as her adrenaline begins pumping in preparation for a fight.(I'd like to ready my rage for if an enemy takes an action against me)

If you think my puns are bad, I'll remind you, my profile pic says otherwise.
Damara uses her 30' of movement to get to a point where she can see around the next corner, and she sees a handful of harpies aware of their presence and clearly getting ready to attack.
Damara could still just hold/ready the rest of her actions, or she can do something, if she wants.
((If possible, I'd like to hold my Bonus Action: Rage for if I am attacked, and my Action: Attack, for the same thing. If I can only hold one of those, let it be the rage))

Harpy 6: Flies 40' up to close the distance, but can't get into an attacking position.
None of the harpies got within range of any of the rest of you so none of your held actions could trigger. None of them could get close enough to attempt to attack Caradoc, so his dodge didn't trigger, either.
Moneostrings together a series of insults that made even harpies blush, "Your mother was a loving creature and always smelled terrific!" He assumed that as vile as these creatures are, they probably don't appreciate what others would consider niceties.
Harpy 1 DC13 WIS save (from Moneo's [Tooltip Not Found]: 1
Damara grunts a bit at the three pronged assault, but otherwise ignores the scratches now covering her. Lunging at the enemy in front of her she makes a sweeping strike with her greatsword. (Harpy #2, Attack: 11 Damage: 12 )
((If that kills the Harpy, Damara will move to occupy the space it was in if she can. Kick the corpse out of the way or something. I'd like to free up space for the others to attack without giving Harpy 3 an AoO))
Damara swings her greatsword and slashes the harpy's abdomen so that her intestines spill out, steaming on the ground. The harpy falls down, screaming in agony before the she goes into shock, passing out, and then expiring. (She's dead.)
Moneois next. (no map update since the only change is that Harpy 2 is dead.)
Moving just a couple squares closer, Moneo sees the one Harpy eviscerated, looks to another and mockingly says"Do you really think stand a chance after that?!" ((wis DC 13))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
From Moneo's 1st Vicious Mockery, Harpy 1 takes 4 psychic damage and is at disadvantage. ((I'm not going to retcon the previous attacks, because the spell says that they have disadvantage on their next attack and since this spell wasn't triggered until she attacked to begin with, she wouldn't have been at a disadvantage, yet, anyway.))

Harpy 1, having just been insulted, has already let Moneo into her mind. His initial words are festering, making her doubt herself and her relationship with her mother. When he speaks again, it feels like he's speaking right to her soul.
Harpy 1 DC13 WIS save: 5
She takes another 1 psychic damage. The total psychological damage she is suffering right now has her face twisted in pain and confusion. She's not too sure of herself.
Aeneas moves forward pulling out his Greatsword, and slashes at Harpy #3.
Attack: 6 Damage: 8

Aeneas moves into the empty area that Damara had just occupied and slashes at the Harpy, but with a flap of her wings, she thrust herself backwards just in time to miss the sharp edge of Aeneas's blade.
Both of Caradoc's crossbow bolts find purchase in the chest cavity of Harpy 3. She had just finished dodging Aeneas's attack and was slightly elevated up against the wall with nowhere else she could dodge, even if she had time, as Caradoc pulled the trigger twice, quickly.

Harpy 1 (Disadvantage from Viscous Mockery on next attack roll): She pivots slightly as Damara scoots over 5' and she slashes and bites at the human barbarian (multi-attack):
Attack 1: 16 Damage: 5 (piercing damage/2 because of Rage)
Attack 2: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. (slashing damage/2 because of Rage)
Damara takes 2 piercing damage. (Ironically, the attack that hit was the one that was rolled at disadvantage.)
Harpy 2: Dead
Harpy 3: Dead
Harpy 4: Angry that one of her sisters has been killed, she moves up 5' to attack the murderer (Damara) with a mulit-attack:
Attack 1: 13 Damage: 2 (piercing damage/2 because of Rage)
Attack 2: 7 Damage: 4 (slashing damage/2 because of Rage)
Both attacks miss: She comes in to try and bite Damara but Damara swats her away. Then, she tries slashing at Damara, but the large woman deftly dodges the attempt.
Harpy 5: moves up to where Harpy 4 used to be and since no one else is nearby, she will also go after Damara with a multi-attack (sorry Damara! It's just because of positioning. I swear I'm not trying to pick on you!):
Attack 1: 15 Damage: 4 (piercing damage/2 because of Rage)
Attack 2: 13 Damage: 2 (slashing damage/2 because of Rage)
Damara takes 2 piercing damage.
