The first fifteen feet of its run takes it to the north canvas covered exit, the remaining sixty feet takes the beast out of the castle and nearly to the surrounding wood treeline.
Robwin sees the owlbear rear up and storm off, “Oh, shhhears!! Where’s it off to now?!....”.
Robwin sets off after the thing, and after he runs as far as he can to catch up, he fires a blast of magic in the owlbear’s direction. He screeches to a halt to see if takes effect!?...
Movement: spends his movement in pursuit of the owlbear.
Action: if he can reach (60ft range) Robwin casts web to coat the floor (20ft square 5ft deep) directly beneath the owlbear ((DEX save (DC14) at the start of its next turn or be restrained)).
Robwin's runs thirty feet taking him through the provisions chamber and just outside the castle, barely within sixty feet of the Owlbear. (( Owlbear DEX 12 ))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rinn sees the owlbear run and makes chase, nocking an arrow as he does. He runs his full movement, then takes a deep breath to try and calm himself before firing the arrow at the owlbear.
Wolfsong stares in disbelief for a moment once the beast takes off running, then swears and goes after it. While running Wolfsong pulls one of the javelins, once he goes his full movement Wolfsong attempts to hit the owlbear with his javelin.
Wolfsong runs forward pulling a javelin from his back. Passing through the chamber and outside, he gets just ahead of his compatriots before throwing the weapon. The javelin pierces the beasts hide. It roars in pain and frustration.
TT and Eli reach the provisions chamber, you can see the north hidden curtain wall tossed partially open. Beyond that stands Rinn and Robwin with Wolfsong just slightly ahead of them and roughly fifty-five feet in front of him is an Owlbear caught in a bizarre thick bed of webs built-up around it.
Rinn draws another arrow and fires at the owlbear.
Longbow Attack: 22 Damage: 6
He then looks around for a better perch and moves towards it.
(DM Question - Did you say there were some stairs around the edges of this chamber, or was that another chamber? Basically just trying to get some high ground for an easy, clear shot.)

(( The stairs in the provisions chamber exist but end in the ceiling where the rest of the tower crumbled down. Rinn could certainly get fifteen feet of height on the side of the crumbling castle wall; rough terrain. ))

Eli moves through the chamber and forward to the right (east) of the group putting himself thirty feet from the beast, ten feet from the webbing and outside of direct ranged attacks from the party.
((OOC: @DM - Just a reminder: the owlbear can now use its action to make a strength check against Robwin’s spell save (DC14) to escape the web. Just saying because it’s a weird one that starts DEX but then on each turn it’s STR))
(( Thanks for the catch! Yup! A free Owlbear! It would definitely run! Putting another 80 ft between the castle and itself. It is now 140 ft north of the castle wall and has partial cover from the trees. ))
