The walls of this room are adorned with tile mosaics of a jungle city intermingled with frescoes of flowering plants, birds, insects, and humans wearing gold skirts and carrying spears and ornate jugs. The ceiling is painted to look like a clear blue sky. A small bejewelled cockroach rests atop a sarcophagus of black basalt in the middle of the room. A two-foot-diameter orb hanging from a chain above the sarcophagus is made of hammered gold to resemble a smiling sun.
Brunella agrees. She drinks a full quart of ale in one gulp, finishing with an unceremonious belch. In a gesture of camaraderie, she slaps Irommek on the back, unintentionally momentarily jolting him out of his prayer to Valkuna. She then passes the jug to Gertrude.
“Well this could be a defendable position. I agree on catching our breath in here. Still one of us should keep watch at the entrance in case more ghouls arrive” While the group sits down for a rest, Kurma cast two rituals. First Detect magic to investigate this sarcophagus. Then Augury, asking the gods if they should expect something bad from this sarcophagus.
The detection of magic blows away Kurma's sense. The orb chained on the ceiling is certainly magical (evocation) as something inside the small bejewelled cockroach. The sarcophagus itself is not magical, but something inside is (necromancy and transmutation).
“This thing gives off a strong magical aura, and I think the gods seems to tell me there might be something bad inside of it. if we are to open it, I would suggest that Inete and maybe two others wait in the other room. In case of an explosion”
Taking a deep breath and stretching out his shoulders Irommek turned his head sideways one way and then another, eliciting a series of cracks with each turn.
"Please tell me this was a good queen and not a 'I'm going to jump out of my grave and kill everyone' type of queen."
Kurma is anxious, the gods seemed pessimistic and opening a sarcophagus is never something to take lightly
"Is everyone rested ? Who is opening the sarcophagus ? I am happy to cast a protection spell to the one who is opening it (i.e Protection from Evil and Good) I think it would be wise to have most of us to step back just in case. What do you you think ?"
Taking a step back Irommek pulls out his hammer and mutters to himself, "Be a good dead queen. Be a good dead queen. ...or else I'm going to snuggle up to you with a little Dwarf's Kiss!"
Kurma Sees Gertrude approaching the sarcophagus and cast on her Protection from Evil and Good). Then, slowly, he backtrack a few meters away, close to the entrance of this room, murmuring „I don’t like that“
It seems no trap has been placed here...
Isabella will open the hidden door.

Taking a peek in the room and seeing the facade of a blue sky and bright sun, Irommek lets out a heavy sigh.
"We've taken quite a beating today. I propose taking a short break and catching our breaths before moving on."
Taking a few sips from the Alchemy Jug, he passes it to Brunella and closes his eyes for a moment to draw strength from Valkauna.

Isabella will take a short rest to gain some hp then investigate the sarcophagus.

Inete shrugs at the old dwarf's remark, not having a good answer for a strange situation in even more strange place.
