Afamrail moves back to see what Tana and Raine want to do. He tells them about the new bugbear back on duty and the side passage he found with the long hallway and the pillars at the end.
"I do not want to lose the interest of the orcs in helping us," he begins. "Perhaps it would be best to avoid the side passage for now. There were no sounds coming from inside."
He turns to go back towards the bugbear and the way to the prisons.
"Shall we clear the way to the prison, add to the orc army numbers, sneak them back upstairs into the kitchen and see if we can organize them into an assault on the dining hall?"
Tana nods at Afamrail's plans. "I am not one for strategical planning, so I defer the decisions for you. However, I agree that mustering as much of an army of orcs as possible will be a good goal to achieve. By all means, lead the way."
Afamrail heads back out into the passage way where he saw the bugbear sentry, staying as close to the shadows as possible. When he's found a spot to stay fairly concealed in darkness, he lines up the bugbear, and moves his hand, drawing a sigil in the in the shape of an arrow.
(Bonus Action: Hide with Stealth 13 and Action: Casts True Strike )
(OOC With any luck, Afamrail is thinking about just trying to take out the bugbear with one arrow, adding an extra action surge attack if needed to finish him off, but wanted to check and see if he's actually remotely hidden or not)
Afamrail draws his bow, an arrow nocked, and lines up the bugbear. He releases the arrow, and even before it strikes, he has fit another arrow to the string and released it to follow.
(Attack with Longbow with Advantage: Attack: 22 Damage: 14 plus Sneak Attack Damage: 14 and then will use Action Surge for a second attack: Attack: 27 Damage: 9 )
He then rolls across the hallway into the shadows on the other side.
(Bonus Action: Cunning Action to Hide: Stealth: 10 )
You kill the bugbear, but when it dies, three more bugbears come out to inspect the body, the notice you when you stumble halfway through your roll. The charge at you. Roll initiative:
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
That's unfortunate, Afamrail thinks to himself, deciding whether or not charging through the bugbears makes more sense than retreating back to the orc held territory.
(@VeloElo So, we started with 5 players and now seem to be down to 2. Are you still up for DMing? Or . . .? Based on the number of giants we saw in main room, can a Barbarian and a Rogue survive this?)
No noice can be heard through.
Afamrail opens the door and looks inside.
The door opens into a long hall into a room, you see a couple pillars in the room from the hall.

The bugbear doesn't see you.

(Checking to see if you guys are still here and are expecting me to do something)
(Yeah it's been awhile since anyone has checked in. Not sure if the others are still onboard.)
Plum, Artymis still there.
(Am here. Apologies.)

Yeah, I find three people is harder than normal but 2 is pretty much a death trap. We have two options:
1. End Campaign Early
2. I Get two more players from the forums, throw them in the nearest jail cell and continue the campaign with a jail break.
New players is always a bit of dice roll, but it's not like they have many people to integrate with. I'm good with either decision. Plum?
I have no preference either - I'll defer the decision to the DM.
For me, I tend to have trouble with new players, so I'l going to cancel the campaign.
