Alton will move to the square north of Gotur and take out his new hand crossbow which he will take a shot with. Because of the help from Ralf’s familiar, he would still have sneak attack.

Alton, you skillfully move forward near your comrade and let loose your new crossbow. It feels great. You really feel the bow lock and engage when the bolt ejects and finds the mark. It's a solid weapon. You can see the bolt likely would've killed most folk instantly it shot out so fast, but the scarecrow's body seems to absorb some of the damage. It's a great shot, nonetheless. (-7).
Ralfaen will use his movement to go to the square that is 2 spaces up and 1 space left from Alton. He will then point his staff at the scarecrow that Alton attacked, shouting "BEGONE! BELONG IN THIS WORLD, YOU DO NOT!" From the tip of his staff blasts a beam of bright gray light as he casts Guiding Bolt at 1st level. (I would have advantage from both the Web and Faerie Fire, I believe.)
Attack: 12 Damage: 17 radiant
Mori will continue to stay on Alton's shoulder, giving him triple advantage with the Faerie Fire and the Web.
((We have so many advantages lol! If the Guiding Bolt hits, Alton could possibly have quadruple advantage on his next attack!))

Ralf will turn his staff to the scarecrow that Alton hit, shouting "Undun Virane!" A spectral hand then rises from the ground, latching onto that scarecrow as Ralf casts Chill Touch. Mori will keep helping Alton.

and scarecrow #2 manages to escape the webbing!
(#2 is no longer restrained, and can now move within or out of the web without having to make that dex save again to avoid being webbed again. Is that your understanding? It still has fairie fire on it though, and moving through the web is difficult terrain.)
Alton, you continue to have success with your newly acquired weapon. The scarecrow takes some of the damage from the regular bolt, same as before. (-5)

Ralf, the beam just smashes into the scarecrow, basically exploding it on the spot as what remains of its core just falls to the ground.
Mori glides over to Alton's shoulder.
Both of the scarecrows now try and struggle their way out of the webbing since their scare tactics didn't seem to work.
