I would say if Gotur's background supports him having experience with herbalism and medicines and elixirs, and he is proficient with that type of thing, then yeah sure, let's go with advantage, and it can be a medicine check vs. arcana.
(Anyone else can swap the arcana check for medicine to reveal the potion types, although only with advantage if it makes sense for your character, like in Gotur's case.)
So there's 'probably' one door left down here, or the party could even head back now, if you think Glowkindle's problem has been sufficiently dealt with.
It's still pretty quiet down here. You can hear the odd footstep above you, likely from the brewery.
(I am in and out today, so I will post the results of whoever opens the door now to save time. The door is not trapped, and Venovar has heard bird sounds when listening to the door earlier)
The door opens easily. In the center of the small room is a large stone well topped with a wooden handle and the rotten remnants of a frayed rope which descends into the shaft. In the far right corner of the room, the ceiling has collapsed slightly, and a narrow shaft of sunlight shines through the narrow hole. You can hear some songbirds tweeting away from the outside through that hole.
To the left is a plain wooden table, crusted with dirt and dust and laden with old plates, buckets and other strange pieces of tableware.
Alton, you walk up to the well. The frayed rope doesn't seem safe. You think you can see water at the bottom of it, but you have no idea how far down it is by looking down.
What you are certain of, are the 3 giant centipedes you see crawling up the sides of the well! They've heard you approach the well, and started to race up the sides of the well from the murky bottom. They seem to be 10 feet down the well on the walls, and are closing in on the opening fast. You see their red almost glowing eyes, see their long bodies slither up the wall, and now hear all of their legs click-clacking up the well....
Alton will back up quickly announce the situation. “Giant Centipedes incoming, prepare yourself,” before dropping his torch again and drawing his second sword.
(OOC)- Let me know if that’s too much to do before initiative.
Thorvin, you swing your warhammer diagonally downward into the top of the well. It connects on the centipede's head, crushing its skull. Centipede brain-goo flies everywhere. (Cent. 1 dead)
Venovar, you ram your halberd also down into the well, skewering centipede 2. It falls from your halberd and drops into the water below (Cent. 2 dead)
Gotur is up! There is only 1 centipede remaining, at the top of the well, on the inside wall.

(Sorry, I just saw Alton's arcana check!)
Alton, you've seen these types of liquids before... perhaps in your adventures throughout the city? At any rate, you definitely know that:
There are 2 Potion of Healing
There is 1 Potion of Invisibility
There is 1 Potion of Vitality
(looks like there are no tooltips for the last 2)

(OOC)- he is happy to give any of the potions to someone else if they want one.

I mean, we gotta at least look at that last door, right? Gotur heads that way.

Thorvin agrees: "Aye, to the last door then. We need to see what's behind it."

What would you like to do?
Alton will immediately walk up to the well and investigate it. How suspicious is it/is it climbable?
