"Well that's good then", she hisses back at him.  "It means it's not destroying buildings or killing people.  And besides, if it's not doing anything, how can it be torturing us?  Torture requires some sort of physical or mental interaction, does it not?"

“You sound tortured, it hasn’t touched you.”

”... has it?”

"I do not sound tortured!  Now shush, this could all get out of hand in a second."

Yet another quarterstaff strike dodged by shifting to one side, but in Drosa's arrogance an opening is granted and Kava takes it.

When the blow strikes sends Drosa stumbling backwards and hand on his stomach where Kava's knee landed deep.

As Kava gets back into stance, she feels her amulet; a bit heavier? A bit warmer? It's difficult to tell in the current situation, but you suddenly feel any fear you had stepping up to face Drosa crumble, with a glimmer of light coming from Toh.

The fizzing snarl ripples through the air as it watches his champion get struck a second time, and clearly at his own failing for all to see.

The dragons large ears twitch at Toh's direction, before its eyes shoot his way and he speaks in Draconic, "Think I cannot hear your nonsense, fool!" The dragon raises a claw and a flashing spark heads towards Toh!

The dragon then turns back to the dragonborn then hisses once more in Draconic, "The sands begin to thin, Drosa. My glorious visage is wasted on these insignificant creatures." 

Dexterity Save for Toh - DC 12
On fail, ail take 7 lightning damage!

Drosa does not hesitate at following the command and goes for Kava with his longsword!

Drosa's strikes are on their mark, but Kava is fast and prepared; she knocks his blade out of the way.

Kava is now under the effects of Bless and has +2 to her AC

Even with his eyes closed Toh leans out of the way of the lightning, guided by Bahamut. "Uou may be able to hear me but so can one much greater than you. It may not be today, but your judgment is coming for your wickedness."

Kava, feeling newfound resolve, smiles and continues her assault on Drosa.

Kava's strike continues in a similar fashion, her speed working in her favour as her quaterstaff strikes goes wide once leaving Drosa open to quicker unarmed strike!

Drosa's fails to refrain snarl as he retaliates on Kava with his longsword!

The dragon stares as Toh for moment; it's head leands in, its eyes blink once before turning its gaze back at the combat, his eyes lingering on the orange-gold dragonborn before focusing back onto the fight.

Drosa steps aside, from both attacks this time. With a sneer, the cult's champion advances towards Kava with his longsword!

Distracted by Kava's new found determination, Drosa fails to land his attack!

Kava continues her assult, turning her focus towards attacking.

Solid strikes land their mark! Drosa loses his footing after the second strike, a steady hand wipes blood way from his mouth, "You have improved."
His tone remains neutral and icy as his longsword flashes towards Kava.

She notices lightning begin to spark around Drosa's mouth...

Can I have Jack wave his arms at the dragon? 

“Do me! Send it towards me, I want to see it up close!”

Jack turns to Ophelia. ”I bet it looks so cool.”

Ophelia takes a step back behind the building, away from Jack, and hisses at him.  "Do be quiet, we do not need anymore fuel to fan the flames here!"

Toh simply continues his prayers to Bahamut.

Kava decides to beat him at his own game and lets loose a cone of radiant energy in his direction.

Action: Use Breath Weapon, dc 11 dex save or take 13 radiant damage

Drosa's cold demeanour flashes to utter surprise as he leaps aside out from the blast of energy!

The breath weapon catches most of the Champion's leg as he rolls out the way.

A twisted snarl is on Drosa's face as he looks at Kava, his eyes then dart just past her. Lightning cackles within his jaws as a malicious smile spreads across his face as he manoeuvres around Kava and lets out his blast of flashing destruction from his mouth to Kava and the onlookers...

Kava dodges the worse of the electric attack before turning her attacks back on the dragonborn with double the effort, not wanting him to get another chance to do that.
