"And that plan does not begin and end with the attack on this town. Are you sure you want to get yourself entangled in this?" Velsa stands and gives Kava a look of concern.
"The attackers from last night?" Ophelia looks the prisoner up and down appraisingly, before looking back at Kava. "Would you mind if I asked our new friend some questions?"
"I don't know what else I can contribute," Velsa speaks up, "I... have said all I know to the castellan already, but if I can try and answer more if you want."
Velsa gently shakes her heads, "To be honest, not much more than you all saw. We were told back at the camp that this was going to be a big one and we will have 'true power' at our backs, as we advanced the dragon swooped over us and roared, and that sent everybody's heart pumping! It was frightening, but where else is there go when you're surrounded by a riled up mob and a dragon backing you? He didn't even speak to us, so maybe you got a bit more than us!"
Toh arrives and chuckles a bit. "He's a right bastard, that one. And scared of Bahamut too, as his kind should be. The righteous will hunt him down now."

"Did anyone catch its name, by any chance?" Ophelia starts scribbling notes down in a small book. "So was the dragon invited, did it invite itself, or was there some sort of agreement?" She babbles out questions until she realises what Toh said. "Wait, you know the dragon?"
"No, but when it tried to attack me I spoke to it about how Bahamut's vengeance is coming for it. After that it spoke no more. A creature as vain as that dragon should love nothing more than to hear itself speak so the fact it was silent means it is afraid of the platinum dragon, as it should be."
Velsa shakes her head at Ophelia'squestions, this time with more certainty and even raises her hands, "There was so much going on!"
Toh, you feel a level of certainty at gauging the dragon's traits; very much vain and the audacity to address the entire keep was most probably added theatrics to fluff it's own ego. However, as it's said, the idea it remained silent at that moment due to fear of retribution? That doesn't sit comfortably right with you.

"Well... fiddlesticks." Ophelia looks downcast at the lack of information, before whipping her head around to have a look in the vicinity. "Are there any more prisoners?"

Ophelia chooses that moment to round the corner and approaches the dragonborn. "Hello. Entangled in what?"

At the arrival of the others, Velsa looks a bit sheepish and sits back down.
Kava nods solemly, "I made an oath to right the wrongs I helped create Velsa. I will not stand down now. They must be stopped."

She wrinkles her nose at the creature, and gives up on her pursuit of knowledge, for now.
Toh looks around. "Shall we continue with things? Certainly we can do more than just standing in the dungeons."
