Kazri tries to figure out what Chill meant by pulling a “Bilbo”, but she concentrates on the task at hand. “Does this Giant look aggressive?”

Looking equally confused, Rhogar simply shakes his head in dismissal of further thought on the subject. If it had been something mentioned during the quiet moments before, the dragonborn had unfortunately long forgotten about it. But later, he silently mused, some further questions could be leveled upon the Tabaxi...
"If at all possible, Master Krom, and should the situation allow for it, I would prefer if they were trapped in there with us. Least we lingering threat in the area or worse for us to maybe not be so lucky in taking care of later."He admits, then looked to Kazri. "If you intend to grant them mercy, need I remind you of the men who lost their lives to them before? Or at least one of them, in any event. But-..." He paused and looked thoughtful for a moment. "... But if you're yet committed to such, then with all do respect, it would be best to clear the air /after/ they have been incapacitated until bound."

Krom nods in agreement at Rhogar's comment. "You make a good point Rhogar, we are more than capable to deal with two giants at the same time. If they attempt to retreat, I'll close the area with fire." The dwarf walks closer to Kazri and looking up says "Rhogar is right lass, those giants have slaughtered the scouts of Good Mead and killed their Speaker, they do not deserve our mercy. We have to end this menace once and for all before heading south."
Chill looks at the group with a quizzical look on his face. "Don't you guys read? Haven't you ever read the classics?" He is about to say more but stops. "Maybe later, but yeah, we have a giant to slay. More than one by the looks of the tracks."
"I'll head in first, you follow a bit behind me. I'll ambush the giant with the first shot and then fall back and let you melee types take the lead and finish him."
"I can take the left entrance. If you all go up the middle then he maybe won't see you coming the way the walls are."
If there is no argument or change of plans he'll move in.

"Sounds good Chill." nods Krom as he adjusts the grip on the shield and hammer. "Let's count until 10 then we take the middle entrance. We will charge as soon as you hit the giant." says the dwarf to the rest of the group. As Chill moves in, Krom mentally counts ten seconds and goes in as planned.

Rhogar looked a touch troubled at the plan. But seeing the enthusiasm and quick agreement of the others, he soon brushed it off to focus on getting into position with a little preemptive magic to better at least his odds. Gorrah is left outside: Both to keep an eye on things from there, as well as alert him of any approaching threats after finding some place to hide alongside her new elemental friend.

Krom knowing very well that he is not the most stealthy person in the group, murmurs a prayer to Moradin (Guidance) as he moves, shield and hammer at the ready, inside the cavern.
Chill disappears into the darkness of the entrance with the cave. He slips silently inside, invisible and noiseless. He gets into position and waits for the moment to spring the ambush. After giving it the proper amount of time he, from his place of concealment, fires at the giant and strikes him square in the chest!
Meanwhile the rest of the group moves up the center entry way. This eight-foot-high, five-foot-wide passage has a dozen burial niches carved into its walls. Each burial niche in this tunnel is 2 feet wide, 2 feet tall, and 5 feet deep. The remains bones can be seen within each niche. Animals have savaged the bones, leaving nothing but a couple of skulls and carved stone knives behind.
Armor clinks and you scrape the wall a couple of times but fortunately the sounds do not carry far and the giant is not alerted.
Chill has taken his ambush turn, the rest of you may act.
As Rhogar takes a step forward his body disintegrates into a golden and somehow electrified mist that fades away, only for him to then reform several feet away blocking the entryway into far right tunnel. After a hurried glance back to spy any threats, he either finds himself suck in a deep breath and readying his knock out breath, or with a snap of the finger and sharply spoken arcane command summons a pillar of divine flame upon the giant.
Bonus Action: Cast (2nd level)Celestial Step to 15ft south-east of the giant.
Action: Cast (Cantrip)Touch of Divinity on the giant. Dex Save(DC 15) or take 9 radiant damage.
OR(if he spies another threat down the right tunnel)
Action: Ready Enervating Breath, triggered upon possible hostile moving within15ft of Rhogar. Creatures within 15ft cone must make Con Save(DC 15) or become incapacitated until the start of Rhogar's next turn.

Rhogar looks to the tunnel to the east and sees that the tunnel leading to the next cavern slope down gradually and the cavern is slightly sunken. A bonfire in the middle of this cave keeps it lit and relatively warm. The scent of roasting meat wafts from that direction as a hunk of meat on a spit drips juices into the fire. Goats and sheep are held in a spacious animal pen enclosed by a crude wooden fence. He sees no foes. So he directs his attack on the giant.

Despite seeing the giant fall and see no other dangers, a tense Rhogar again cast a glance to the lit up room before allowing a sigh of relief to escape. "Well then, uhm... That was a remarkable successful ambush, all things considered."He comments as he stepped over to the body, and following a few empowering words knelt down to start examine the remains in hope of still identifying a species or perhaps even tribal markings that might identify the kind of giant the group had been dealing with.
