I rolled twice just in case I get advantage. It says I get resistance to cold damage and that myself or anything I am wearing should be protected up to -50 degrees
I didn't add +3... so add 3 to each of those please.
(Thanks Orileo for reminding me. I totally forgot about it.)

"Science is organized knowledge. Wisdom is organized life."
Heavy snow continues to fall and a whipping wind makes seeing anything more than 30 feet away impossible. And yet, with some help, Chill is able to keep you on the trail.
Three hours later you find a cabin on the outskirts of Hundelstone, and hear the sounds of battle.
Kazri with her warm boots and Chip, a ring on his finger, don't seem to be bothered by the cold. Sensing some strength from Kazri as well as a fear of getting separated in the poor weather you stay close to each other as you travel.
You emerge from the snowstorm into a wooded glade. You can faintly see a rustic cottage within this glade—but you can most definitely hear the sounds of bestial roars and battle cries. You can just barely see a huge man with a massive greatsword fending off a hulking, white-furred beast.
You can see another creature like it already lies dead, its red blood staining the snow around it, while the other fights on.

Rekuberk will draw his own Greatsword, muttering the words to call forth the flames that soon coat the blade in arcane fire. With a quick nods to his companions he will let out a war cry in orcish before charging forward to take two slashes at the white furred creature.
"Well, I suppose that at least partially answers which side we'll be taking in this conflict."Rhogar half-jokingly mentions as the staff raised high. "Brother Vixix, guide our hands so that we may swiftly find the truth of the matter." He requests, calling upon the spirit of his patron once more to empower his fellows. "And may those that seek to hinder these hands know folly."
Action: Cast (2nd level)Empower on Krom, Kazri, Chill, and Rhogar.

Krom, seeing Rekuberk charging the furred creature and feeling empowered by Rhogar's spell, points his blessed war hammer at the creature while chanting an hymn of evocation (Guiding Bolt). The hammer flashes with divine energy that streaks towards the creature.

Kazri hesitates for a moment, for she is not sure who is the aggressor. Seen her companions engage the creature, she charges at it as well. She will try to use her shield to push the creature away from the huge man. (Athletics: 24) Then she slash the creature twice with her sword.

The party charges the creature and with a flurry of action, shields, swords, bolts and magic slay the beast. Its large body falls to the ground dead. The man sinks to a knee for a moment before looking around at you wild eyed, a look the Rekuburk knows well. You see blood pour from multiple injuries on the man. A moment later the wild look leaves his face.
"This blizzard will kill you just as sure as the yetis if you stay out in it!” he shouts, "Inside, now!" He moves to the small cabin and throws the door open beckoning you to follow.
Rhogar remained wary, but one look at their surroundings is more than enough to silence any complaint. Even so, if not the last then certainly he is the second to last to enter the cabin; gripping his staff tightly all the way through. Once inside the Bronze promptly made for the opposite wall of the door, shaking off snow flakes and scanning the immediate room. "Cozy little place you have here, friend." He asked, focusing upon the man once more.

Chill doesn't hesitate for a moment and quickly enters the cabin. Warm sounds good to him, he has never been this cold in his life. Even the lair of Cryovain wasn't this cold.
