You find the opening is large enough for even the biggest of you and you all make your way into the barrow. In addition to the animals, this area contains three white marble statues of elves that are identical to the ones outside, except that the wind has not worn away the detail in their faces and they don’t stand on pillars. All three are facing east, toward the nearest wall.
You can see the hallway that leads to the doorway you saw outside. Chill's inspection of the area did not reveal anything obvious. the snow blown over. Nothing recently went in or out.
To the south a short hallway has some steps leading down to a doorway. The the south west is another short passage that turns south. Just at the end something glints, like a reflection of the lantern light.
To the north west a last passage also has some steps leading down and then turns to the north and out of sight.
Kazri casts Speak with Animals, and goes to one of the beasts (not the young ones). She kneels down, and try to gently wake one up. “Hello, can you hear me?”

Kazri kneels over what turns out to be a fox. As she gently wakes it up the fox looks up at her. With the bright light of the lantern filling the room it blinks a few times as it looks around and sees the multiple people in the room.
It suddenly jumps to its feet and emits a quick series of barks, and a scream-y variation on a howl.

You understand its words as it yells INTRUDERS! INTRUDERS! RUN! RUN!
The other animals in the room start to wake up and beginning running out the entrance you just came through minutes before accompanied by a lot of barks, screams and calls.
A particularly confused pair of squirrels run and back and forth and can't seem to decide which way to go before finally bolting out the entryway.

Between Kazri's panic and that of the beasts, the first one if any that try to rush past Rhogar is reflexively whacked at by the staff in passing, and ideally knocks them out. But even then, unless others have a more solid plan, the flustered dragonborn's mouth begins to emit its own light blue light as the beginnings of a breathe weapon began building up. "Uh! Uh! L-lady Kazri? Should I? Should I be incapacitating them?"

"Lass? What's happening?" asks the dwarf as the beasts rush past barking and screaming "Are those creatures servants of Ravisin? Or just scared beasts?" Krom tries to block the entrance with his shield and his bulky frame (Athletics24) He then raises his war hammer and says to the rest of the group "With all that noise Ravisin has been alerted for sure, let's be prepared."
“Please do not hurt the creatures!! They are just scared!” Kazri says with some stress. She doesn’t want to have to kill these beasts like the white moose.

In the foxes disorientation from the light and confusion Kazri is able to quickly grab the tiny beats and hold onto its squirming body. As it does it screams louder and barks louder and tries to bite her but its jaws are so small it can't do any damage.

Krom moves to block the doorway but most of the tiny beasts are able to slip between his legs and escape. A small young wolf and small young bear try to also push past him.
None of the animals act as if they are awakened and all act as you would expect normal beasts to act.
"I will not hurt you nor your friends, I promise. If you can answer some questions, I will put you down." Kazri holds the fox with both knees on the ground.

At the moment, the Bronze was too busy stepping one way than another, trying to find the best angle to release his breath weapon. Gorrah eventually flew off, if only to not be shaken around so much in the process. If in or after which she does pick up something, she sends her own telepathic message alarm to Chill, and eventually everyone else.

Rekuberk can only do his best to avoid the animals as they attempt to make their great escape, calming once they all run past him. "Well they did not attack us..."

In all of the commotion and confusion of the animals leaving the barrow in a rush of noise and motion only Rekuburk and Chill hear a sound that isn't natural.
FYI, it was a DC20 check, so a roll of 20 or better or if you passive perception is 20 or better you heard it

From the passage to the west that curves out of sight to the north you hear the sound of a stone door moving
(OOC: I am going to assume that Kazri is too concentrated on the fox to notice what's happening behind her (west).)
Kazri gently puts the fox down. "I promise not to hurt you. Please tell me what place is this?" She stays knelt down with her hands on her thighs, looking at the fox. Trying to look as non-threatening as possible.
