(@DM: If an Arcana check won't suffice, then its safe to assume Rhogar wouldn't know anything about Winter Wolves even via lessons from his patron.)
I apologize if I missed a roll somewhere. A nature roll would be appropriate here.
(THere's been no roll. I was just saying if it wouldn't be arcana, then he's too unlikely too know anything about them to begin with. Not unless one of the NPCs we've met mentioned them, and I(the player) forgot about it.)

I don't think arcana would be appropriate. No NPC has mention Winter Wolves at this point.
Krom nods as Rhogar finishes to speak to the wolf and then says "As my dragonborn friend just said, you are free to go. As you and your pack leave this forest, I suggest you to think carefully about he just said."
Kazri steps aside. “You are free to go back to your pack. One last thing before you go back to the forest. You do not need to have an answer now. Perhaps you and your pack could consider some sort of alliance with the people of Lonelywood, maybe even with the folks of Ten-Towns. If you would be willing to entertain the idea, you can find us, and we could aid you in speaking with the townsfolks.” Kazri readies her shield. “If we do not meet again, I wish you and your pack good hunting.”

The wolf nods to you as a group. "I thank you for your mercy." he replies and he then lopes off to the west. As he disappears into the trees you hear a loud howl, presumably to call the remains of his pack. You keep watchful eye but no other wolves appear.
Rekuberk slowly sheathes his greatsword as the wolf begins to walk away, wiping any of the blood from the fight off of himself as he looks over the white moose they had killed. "We should take something from it as proof of our victory."
"Hah!"Rhogar emitted, grinning at Rekuberk. But then the smile slowly faded as Rekuberk's words seemed to only then sink into place. "Oh, you were serious? Well... hm... Ah.... Mn! I don't much the ways of the druids, so I cannot comment on whether thats a good idea or not. BUT! I can do this to make sure there's lingering enchantment over the corpse, at least." The Bronze struggles for a while trying to get his overcoat open enough to pull out a wand with the strange orb seperating tip from the rest of the body.
"Uh... what were the words again? Magana.... Magnus... Meritu....?"And on Rhogar went for a few moments more, before the orb finally began to faintly glow blue. By that point as well, he'd wandered over to the corpse, if there is even still one by then and searched for any lingering touch of magic. And if there is, he narrows his eyes in trying to focus the magic on picking up the school.

"One of the antlers should be a sufficient proof lad" says Krom in response to Rekuberk "But first, let's see if Rhogar detects lingering magic."
The dwarf turns around and pointing again at the shrine "We should enter the shrine as soon as possible, Ravisin may already know that we are here, so she may have placed some traps or other awakened creatures to greet us."
Krom checks his shield and hammer in hand starts to walk towards the shrine as soon as the rest of the group is ready.
“Is there a need to burn the body? Just in case.” Says Kazri, as she readies her sword.

Rhogar remembers the correct words to activate the wand as Chill rejoins the group. Rhogar inspects the body but detects no lingering magic. But he knows enough of the Awaken spell to know that it is a transmutation and not an enchantment.
Finding nothing magical about the White Moose you can hack off whatever pieces you wish to prove the demise of the creature to Nimsy Huddle.

When he knows their first destination and keeping in mind that Ravisin is somewhere in the area, Chill moves off to the right of the group about 40 feet and keeps his crossbow at the ready.
Krom starts to walk towards the shrine as Chill suggests to start exploring from the outside. The dwarf stops and says "I would prefer to go directly inside, but we may discover something useful from the sarcophagus and the other structures outside." Krom walks then towards the sarcophagus and examines it paying attention to not touch it. (Perception16).
"Ravisin is inside the shrine, possibly doing some ritual in behalf of the Frostmaiden or looking for something that may benefit her. We should be swift in our outdoor explorations." adds the dwarf.
Kazri stays close to Master Krom, sword and shield at the ready.

Rhogar chuckles. "It will be difficult to go directly inside with a door that possess no handles or key holes for our friend here to unlock."He reminds the dwarf while following along in the wake of others. "And something tells me that brute force alone may not be enough to gain egress through the very same door. No... no, I suspect it will be much like the burial mound in a way from way back when. In which case, we would either need to find some hidden contraption or solve some puzzle even, if the original creators were of that sort of mind."
"And from what little I know of elves and their nature, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter." He admits, laughing heartily. As the party eventually draws closer to the sarcophagus, and the surrounding area near it, the Dragonborn quiets, if only to focus his attention on picking up traces of magic from his ongoing spell. If so, he delves deeper again searching for schools, and warns the others.

Six elevated, white marble statues arranged in a line along the south end depict slender, robed figures facing northward. The engraving on their faces has been worn away by the wind, but pointed ears make the statues identifiable as elves.
With the magic of his wand still activated Rhogar reveals an aura of abjuration magic around each statue.
You make your way around to the east and climb the stairs to the top of the eastern berm. Chill hangs back near the stairs to keep watch.
Krom approaches the granite sarcophagus which rests in a half-circle defined by five crystal pillars. He is careful not to touch the sarcophagus and you can see a layer of snow covers the top. You also notice a carving near the top of each pillar; from north to south, these images depict a twig, a pinecone, a flame, a feather, and a humanoid hand.
I've placed you roughly on the map. Of course if you wish to be elsewhere or or stop to inspect the first statues with the abjuration magic let me know.
Kazri uses her Divine Sense around the shrine area, also on the marble statues.

Noticing the carvings on the pillars Krom says "I wonder what kind of meanings those carving may have." the dwarf removes some snow from his beard as he continues "Maybe as Rhogar said, they are some kind of locking mechanism.
