(Rhaecus would have been unnoticed, but he wouldn't have noticed them either. The moment he dropped his guard, as the room seemed empty, he would have been spotted. That's what low perception with high stealth gets ya, unfortunately)
Rhaecus, Arteusa, and Zaela are up! Rhaecus is ahead of most of the group, while the rest of you are grouped up closer to the entrance. The three shamblers are scattered about the room, sort of surrounding Rhaecus, though they're still a good 10 feet or more away from him.

(Assuming he would drop his guard, but sure for the sake of convenience. It just kind of makes the stealth roll pointless if he gets noticed success or not. Why roll at all? Rhaecus and the shamblers don't notice each other so neither should suffer consequences until they reveal themselves.)
He looks around for a high perch to leap onto and fire an arrow from. If there are none, he will back up behind Donos and Arteusa and fire an arrow at the closest.
(Assuming he would drop his guard, but sure for the sake of convenience. It just kind of makes the stealth roll pointless if he gets noticed success or not. Why roll at all?)
(The enemies were also hidden. Sure, the stealth roll becomes useless in that situation, but that's just because the threat was not obvious. Hiding from an enemy you cannot see is nigh impossible. Most of the time, the threat will be more obvious.)
Rhaecus leaps up onto a nondescript boulder that may have once been a pillar, or perhaps just a chunk of the ceiling, and looses an arrow towards one of the shambling figures, and it buries itself deep into the closest one's shoulder. It lets out an unintelligible cry, but continues moving.
Arteusa narrows her eyes at the shambling figures, stamping one hoof on the ground before she charges forward, swinging her shortsword at the nearest figure. If she hits it, she then rears up, striking at it with her hooves.
Zaela readies herself, preparing to guard herself from the strange shambling creatures. She backs up, trying to stay at least 60 feet from each figure at each time.
She uses her Form of Dread, gaining 3 temporary hit points, and pointing her Staff of Thanatos at the second shambler, releasing an ephemeral blast that appears to be an incorporeal translucent grey sword.
Eldritch Blast: Attack Roll: 10 Damage if it hits: 9
If the target is hit, it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of my next turn.
Edit: Well, that almost definitely misses. Both of those important rolls are quite bad.
(Posting now for expediency’s sake as I am exceptionally busy tonight and will likely not be able to post for a good while.)
(If the figures were all roughly ten feet away from Rhaecus and are in an approximate surrounding shape, I’m working with the assumption they will fit within a 15-foot cone. If I cannot hit all three, I’m perfectly fine with hitting any two^^)
The jewel on Kaneís’s chest turns to a bright shade of molten orange, spreading through her chest and down her veins as she approaches. Kaneís will stride forward, meeting Arteusa’s side next to the closest of the three shuffling figures, and extend her hands, forming a diamond shape with her thumbs and figures, before a sheet of fire engulfs all three figures (Burning Hands). The entities must make a Dexterity saving throw of DC 15 or take 10 fire damage, or half as much on a successful save.
(You underestimate these things' lack of dexterity)
Zaela conjures up and fires an energy sword, which the shambling figure walks right into, stumbling back. What little scraps of mind it possesses still appear to recognize fear as an emotion, and it lets out a frightened wheeze.
Save: 9
Its face contorts as it gazes upon Zaela's terrifying form, and it merely cowers in place, rather than moving to attack(dodge action).
Kaneís is unable to burn all three with her spell, and she is unable to burn the one engaged with Arteusa without also hurting the centaur, so she targets the one nearest Rhaecus and the frightened one.
Damage(something looks to have gone wrong with your roll): 14
Both creatures look about ready to give up and fall, but for a few moments, it seems like they aren't done after all... 915 But that moment passes, and they crumple into blackened, unmoving heaps.
Donos is slow off the mark as he is more curious about the shambling figures than he is scared of them. The seem slightly pathetic really. Perhaps putting them out of their misery would be the best course, but then the others spring into action and before he knows it, two of the three creatures are burning ash.
He steps forward, while this may not be a glorious battle, he can't leave Arteusa alone to fight.
Shifting his shield into position, Donos charges the remaining creature, stabbing at it with his trident.
The trident jabs through the creature's side, causing it to stumble, but it rights itself and swings its fists at Arteusa.
Attack: 16 Damage: 6
Despite appearing frail, its fists land true and hard, knocking the wind out of the centaur cleric as she feels something go crack inside her horse chest(ugh, I just realized that centaurs have two separate ribcages and its really weird).
(Flanking gives you a +2 bonus, not advantage, since advantage is a bit powerful. And rhaecus can draw two daggers at once, sure, but he'll have to drop the bow on the ground to do that.)
(I've actually had to think about centaur anatomy a lot, I'm currently creating a fantasy world that's as anatomically realistic as possible, and I've got a centuarlike intelligent species, as well as a few other hexapods(idk why I decided that would be a thing, it actually makes very little evolutionary sense :P). I've just never given any thought towards the ribcage thing.)

Rhaecus carefully gauges the distance between him and the last remaining... Corpse? Creature? Certainly not human. He lays his short bow at his hooves and produced two daggers, one in each hand as he leaps down towards the creature. He aims for vitals and painful places, like sliding between the collar bone and down at the crotch with a reverse grip.
