Following the speakers request Kravek does not draw his weapon. However he does hold up his shield. His free hand he holds out palm forward as he moves forward. Seeing his allies go for Trex Kravek turns to stand in the way of the other kobolds.

You can try to grapple one of those as your reaction: Grek (kobold 3/11 )can not dodge your grip.
But as you stop him from reaching his leaders, he turns on you instead and tries to slash you.

The kobolds work extremely well together, one distracts you and the next one exploits the created opening (Pack tactics to create advantage).
Seeing the chaos, Vanea let go of James, who is still on the ground and gets next to Masthew, her axe ready to strike anyone who may get to close to the speaker.
(Nyx, James (disadvantage) and Kravek may make an AoO against Kobold 2 or 4)
“Trex, tell them to stand down or we will destroy yer life’s work laddie!” Trying to figure out if taking the satchel away has made any change to Trex’s disposition, Gilgin makes a last ditch attempt to get him to calm the Kobolds.

Not seeing the kobold rush towards him Kravek gets hit and stumbles a bit as he gets pushed off balance but manages to regain his footing. Getting a bit agitated he brushes his fingertips against the handle of his hammer but restrains himself as kobolds rush passed him towards Hifu.

Hifu senses the kobolds moving in and decides to move instead of attacking. He takes the disengage action and moves above toward Gilgin and then to the west side of Trex so that he is not surrounded.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kravek, you push Grek to the ground, who doesn‘t resist. As he does that, Hifu carefully avoids the kobolds and moves closer to the wall. The sound of a ringing bell fills the area around Trex (12) blood runs out of the Kobolds ears, but he doesn‘t react to the pain. Instead a blue mist emerges from the kobold. It looks like an Incorporeal older human man, his face distorted by rage. The ghost engulfs Captain Vanja who is to slow to dodge it. (14) The Captain holds her head and screams in terror, but after a moment the ghost moves away from her towards the corner of the room.
Gilgin, you can take an AoO against the ghost if you want to.
James struggles against Venea, as she tries to push him to the ground.
As he does he notices the Kobolds running forward to help Trex.
James cries out to them, both verbally and mentally (if they come within 10ft of James).
"No! Little ones, he is not your leader any more, he is your enemy! Please, no!"
Focusing on the Kobolds gives Venea the opening she needs and she manages to drop James to the ground with a thud.
"No! He is our enemy! All of us!"
