Celadrim's familiar gets a little bit closer from above, giving him a mostly clear view of the battle and a firm knowledge of where his companions are moving about in the smoke. Wolfstine successfully strikes down two of the cultists before "vanishing" in the smoke.
OOC: Sorry, jumping out of turn in the confusion. Here is my action to be used at the appropriate time, after Frilnerios makes his move.
As they approach from the river and take up their final positions, Celardim looks into the smoke and sees the faint outline of the 8 figures that he knows are gathered right by the door. After watching the rest of his companions launch their attacks, the elf speaks the final words of his spell and finishes the intricate arcane gestures with his hands, and for the very first time, he casts his new sleep spell at the remaining enemies.
OOC: Ok, as per our PM, I'll roll for Harbinger this time. We can all take turns if he's not back during the rest of this fight.
Going along with Wolfstine's plan, Harbinger swiftly moves in and targets the closest cultist on the left with a quick swing of his hand axe. Attack: 6 Damage: 6. With his off-hand weapon, he swings again at the cultist, or if it's already dead, he aims for a the next closest cultist. (Bonus Action) Attack: 11 Damage: 3
Then, right before slipping away and retreating back into the thick, hazy smoke, he swings his axe once again at the same cultist, or if he's already struck it down, he instead attacks the closest enemy on his way out. (Action Surge) Attack: 23 Damage: 3
The smoke got in the eyes of Harbinger, he misses with the first two strikes and manages to connect with his third strike, wounding Cultist C.
Frilneiros moves into the smoke until he can see to make his strike while still keeping his distance. His handaxe burying into the back of Kobold D, dealing him a heavy blow.
The Kobolds start to notice that they are under attack but are caught flat-footed and take a moment to react.
As he finishes his incantation a mist-like essence begins to fill the space where his enemies stand. He successfully causes all four of the kobolds to fall into a deep sleep.
The Cultists are shocked at seeing their kobold companions fall asleep and are torn between waking them up and looking for whoever is attacking them.
Wolfstine thinks its time to give them a target in a low quiet growling voice "The Dragons have cursed you, you will not see them in the afterlife!." then he attacks the injured one Attack: 24 Damage: 7
Gritting his teeth at his missed throw, Gus trains his eyes on an injured Cultist and breathes in and out slowly, steeling his resolve. He unhooks his warhammer as he makes a few cutting words in dwarvish, spreading his hands wide. Finally he stops talking and brings his hands together, hammer and shield connecting - a droning sound emanates from his and the targeted cultist is enveloped in the sounds of gnashing teeth, getting louder and louder. cultist needs to make a WIS save (DC 14) or take 12 Necrotic damage.
[if no cultist is available, and no injured, then Gus targets someone else. If they have all hit points left and fail the save, take 2 Instead]
Gus then moves closer to an enemy to gain its attention (within melee).
Cultist D suddenly clasps her hands to her ears and falls to the ground dead. Gus moves into the group of sleeping kobolds towards the last standing cultist.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Harbinger thinks about what Wolfstine said pulling his hood back he walks up to the last cultists he allows some sparks to come from his throat lining his teeth in a low rumbling voice "The Dragons are angry with you! Silence, you may never speak or make a sound again! Run jump in the river swim away from this forsaken town!" Intimidation
(LOL) if that works Harbinger puts his hood back up and starts moving kobolds behind the wall smacking them hard as he goes (I think thats an auto crit right?

Melee attack rolls have advantage and a melee attack that hits is a critical.
With three of the cultist having been dispatched and the four kobolds still under in their magical slumber, and being dealt with by his companions, Celadrim walks up to the door and tries to open it, in the odd chance that the assailants had simply overlooked this fact.
If the door is indeed locked, Celadrim will rap a few times with urgency on the door with the hilt of his dagger, put his face near the wood and say in a loud voice, ”Open the door! We have been sent by Escobar and Governor Nighthill to save you from this horrid mob!! We can lead you to safety, but hurry, before they breach the front doors!”

(Just posting Frilneiros' action for when it is his turn.)
Frilneiros will take his time and attempt to aim for the nearest enemy that comes into his sights, letting the hand axe fly.

Wolfstine sinks his blade into the cultist causing her to stagger. She looks up at him with fury and pain.
Gus makes his move.

The cultist looks around himself and looks as if he's preparing to follow Harbinger's instructions.
Frilneiros makes his move.
Frilneiros will wait to see what the cultist does, holding his axe in a threatening manner but not moving to attack unless the cultist acts hostile.
(Holding my attack but just in case I'll roll for it.)
Handaxe: Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Melee attack rolls have advantage and a melee attack that hits is a critical.
Frilneiros stands by looking as intimidating as he can.
The kobolds continue to sleep.
