As you search the old farmhouse you discover some broken doors that lead to heavy, healthy brush outside of the structure and on into the easter side of the town. As you move about you are able to see a couple other structures nearby. perception for each or other checks you might wish to make at this time.
Reidoth speaks up as you spot the two buildings, "The building there to the Northeast I believe was once the General Store, but I suspect spiders now inhabit it now as the path before it is often covered in large webs. The place there to the east might have been the Smith."
Brencharis, who had snuck out of the house to walk around outside after helping everyone with masks, heard a ruckus coming from one of the buildings they hadn’t cleared yet and wandered over to see Prentiss, Reidoth, and Velshir walk out of it and around as if they’re searching for something. She quietly walked over, and managed to get there quick enough to hear Reidoth’s description of the houses. “I can scout out the smith’s shop if you want?”, She whispers as soon as she gets within earshot of them.
"I will help anyone out who needs some back up!, i prefer to be sneaky then be in the front lines!" Kallen whispers to the group, trying to find a way to contribute to the team
If Kallen or/and Brencharis wish to scout ahead once actions are decided, please roll stealth and perception each for me?
(In retrospect I shouldn't have revealed the interior of the Store type building. The walls are crumbling but intact except where openings show, and this structure does have an intact roof.)
Brencharis sneaks ahead, quickly peering into each of the smith’s windows, then sneaking towards the house the spiders took overto look in there as well, making sure to look up at the ceiling and try and avoid any spiderwebs as well, and then comes back to the group to report what she saw.
12 - stealth 16 - perception
EDIT: (sorry for not clarifying which was what jynne)
Kallen whisper a little prayer to give herself an edge when it comes to being sneaky , she will use "Blessing of the Trickster on herself" to give herself advantage to stealth checks following Brencharis behind and aiding her on whatever she needs to do! "We might want to bring a torch, spiders hates fire and burning their nest is a good idea!" She whispers to Brencharis, feeling grossed by those creepy crawlies.
As Brencharis moves forward towards the Northeast building, Kallen follows quickly behind. As she moves up closer to Brencharis, just for a moment, Kallen spots something catch the sun momentarily about waist height just a few feet ahead of the Half-Elf.
Joshua still standing watch over the door Velshir went into reaches up to run his hand thru his hair "What th...." he begins to exclaim before he closes his mouth rubbing his now bald head.
Velshir will hang back with Prentiss, not wanting to disturb the stealthy approach, and not wanting the other half of the party to be surprised from behind.
"Brencharis don't move!" Kallen whispers at her harshly, not wanting her to get caught by the enemies and she carefully points out at a certain unidentified object, person or anything hostile to the group! "We've got company here girl~" Kallen readies her weapon in case things goes south.
Kallen looks just ahead of her and sees fine threads of webbing across the way in front of her stretching from the building to the hedges at various heights. It doesn't appear that you could pass through without disturbing at least one but it may be attempted should anyone wish to take their chances.
@everyone
I'm not sure how to give CalPol a realistic exit from the scene here so am just omitting - my apologies.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Brencharis freezes upon hearing Kallen’s whisper, then starts looking around without moving, trying to find whatever Kallen had seen, but if she doesn’t find anything, she’s going to quickly retrace her steps back until she’s standing beside Kallen. She turns towards the cleric and whispers a quiets thanks to her.
13 - Stealth
Perception- 12 first roll
if Kallen mentioning something is enough to grant advantage on the perception check, here is the second roll: 10
Brencharis studies the area in front of her identifying several strands of silken spider thread across the open area near the building and determines quickly, mainly due to lack of any dust or dirt upon it that the threads, besides being made by no ordinary spider must be fresh.
Anyone within a few feet of the threads please roll stealth. Brencharis - I will use the roll you've already given.
Please let me know how you all proceed. blue lines are mid height (waist), red at building top corners, green low like a trip wire level.
What re the trees and the roof like from what Brencharis can see? Does the roof seem like it could hold her weight? Do the trees seem like they’d be easy to climb?
@Brencharis you assess the surrounding trees and finds them to rise 30-40 feet and seem climbable. The crumbling walls looks fragile, so you are unsure of their stability without trying. Viewing from ground, only the roof edges are visible so you are unable to determine its status without more elevation.

Prentiss pokes around the farmhouse looking for anything valuable or interesting. Investigation 20 (passive 11)
(sorry if I missed responding earlier)
A thorough search of the entire farmhouse reveals nothing of interest within this structure.

Stealth: 34
Perception: 22
(Ignore the 34, made a small mistake on my part! it will be 17+5=22 total but i reroll just in case u dont want it)
Stealth: 21
Prentiss will hang back and watch Kallen's advance, ready to spring into action if anything goes down.

Prentiss draws nearer and sees the silvery threads. "That would take a sneakier type than me to get through"
He stands watch and keeps an eye out for any reaction or danger if/when a web is hit.
